The restaurant was less than half full, and yet there was an extremely long wait for pizza. Customers were not happy. Many containers at the salad bar were either empty or nearly empty. The salad bar also needed a good cleaning. I spoke to the cashier to find someone to replenish empty containers. Workers were standing around visiting rather than attending to the needs of their customers. They saw no urgency in the situation and continued to move at the same slow pace. I have a family member who owns numerous Pizza Ranches and he is not pleased when he gets an unfavorable report about customers service. On the plus side, I did not see any workers on their cell phones.
