    Food was fine but the self serve buffets and the closeness amongst others in the dining rooms were not. Also only a couple of the employees had on masks. Anyone working in direct contact with guests should be required to wear those.

    The selection was the worst I've ever seen it when we arrived. There were 5 pans out that only had one piece of pizza. The chicken was gone, I heard an employee tell a customer more would be out in 7 minutes. The mac & cheese was dried out. The pizzas weren't labeled. I never found any pizza that had more than one topping. I normally love the Pizza Ranch and I look forward to going, but we were all incredibly disappointed. I probably won't go back to this one in quite a while. Will probably change my preferred location associated to my rewards card.
