No longer has Coca Cola products. We preferred them over Pepsi. Ice cream was half-melted. Won't honor senior discounts with any other deals. They are a joke.Prices have doubled in the last 4 years.

The other kinds of cactus bread are unavailable on DoorDash, not sure why. But when I called to ask them to switch to cherry, I would have paid whatever difference there was. They said they needed to talk to their GM and refused to do the cherry. Can we get the other dessert pizzas on DoorDash please? The Fairfield location always switches it for me so I’m unsure why this store wouldn’t.

The lady that was cleaning up after customers was extremely rude. We had a larger group from a wedding and she made multiple rude comments to several people in our group. The bride and groom came in a little later and she told them you have an hour to eat before they close and she wasn't going to bring any more food out. There were several tables that came in a few minutes earlier and they hadnt been up to the buffet yet and there was only 2 pieces of pizza on the buffet. We spoke to her about why she wasnt bring more food out for all of the other customers, and she then changed her tune. She really should not be working in customer service.

Arrived around 5:20 and the salad bar was out of lettuce,chopped eggs and almost all of the salad dressing dispensers were empty!! Had to wait for chicken. For this price someone should make sure the food stations are kept filled.

Opened at 5pm and we was there by 530 and no pizzas on buffet, ice cream machine was pretty much empty. Phone kept ringing!! Staff was not very friendly!!

Every-time we come here is because it’s closer to where we live and we love Pizza Ranch, but this one has always been the worst as far as having enough good out! Tonight was the worst we will never eat supper here again! Most of the salad was empty for the entire time we were there! Chicken was cold but a-least there was some for once! Pizza on the other hand was pretty bare when we got there and my husband said was gross and cold we were there about 45 minutes and they did not bring out a single pizza!

Worst experience we have ever had at a Pizza Ranch! Waited forever to even pay. Food was cold thought it was left over from the night before. Only two pizza products out. Assistant manager was busy talking to someone to care about what was going on.
