Opened at 5pm and we was there by 530 and no pizzas on buffet, ice cream machine was pretty much empty. Phone kept ringing!! Staff was not very friendly!!

Every-time we come here is because it’s closer to where we live and we love Pizza Ranch, but this one has always been the worst as far as having enough good out! Tonight was the worst we will never eat supper here again! Most of the salad was empty for the entire time we were there! Chicken was cold but a-least there was some for once! Pizza on the other hand was pretty bare when we got there and my husband said was gross and cold we were there about 45 minutes and they did not bring out a single pizza!

Worst experience we have ever had at a Pizza Ranch! Waited forever to even pay. Food was cold thought it was left over from the night before. Only two pizza products out. Assistant manager was busy talking to someone to care about what was going on.

You need to make normal pizzas. Just a sausage or hamburger. Not everyone likes the weird ones. Never have normal taco. I know you can order one but it comes when you are finished eating. Needed to check dressings on salad bar. Out of the one I wanted

We visited with a large group at 7:30. We ask for desert pizza a little after 8:00. They said they shut the ovens off at 8:00. There were several people desiring to eat some deserts. There were other customers thst arrived around 8:15. I realize they close at nine, but I thought they could have done a better job taking care of their customers.

The thin crust was overcooked and burned. I've had in the past and this was hard like a piece of plastic. I asked the pizza to be done at 5:10 for pickup. It was barely warm. The other pizza was overcooked as well. The worst pizza I have gotten from there in years.

I tried to call and place an order to go. I was disappointed that 2 phone calls went unanswered after 10 rings each. I went in and placed my order then sat and waited over 20 minutes.

If your buffet starts at 5pm there should be pizza on before 5:20pm and never even saw any desserts. Maybe if the staff was in cooking instead of being in the parking lot at 4:50pm there would've been some food

Chicken was delicious and they did a great job keeping it stocked, the last time we ate the buffet, we had to wait at least 25 to 30 minutes on the chicken but this time our experience was great!!! Keep up the good work!!!
