With the pandemic and being a senior citizen, I use online ordering and use drive-thru pick-up or curbside delivery to minimize contact. Pizza Ranch's online ordering payment method needs to be updated. My credit card information has been accepted. To have a grimy, black receipt holder and pen shoved thru the window... I do NOT want to touch these items. The server insisted my signature was needed. This is the only restaurant I have used that has required a signature on the receipt. Credit card info has transacted. I should NOT need to sign anything more. Place the food in the back seat or trunk as given in instructions. Order completed.
