Our Broasted chicken was Delicious 😋 and the service was Great and I Loved using my coupon for for buying my Broasted Chicken from The Pizza Ranch ❤️ I Love that I could call in my order and it was ready for me when they said it would be and I picked it up at the counter and used my coupon and my Rewards Card!

We came in for senior day for lunch and said we were seniors and still she charged full price. We questioned this and was treated rude. The phone when we looked up if there was a senior discount it said we would get 20%. I will not do business at the Waverly Pizza Ranch again. After the treatment we received. They need to the website updated so people are not going with one idea and getting treatment from the manager rudely.

Poor customer service! No diet fountain pop in machine. There was a fridge full of diet soda, but if you wanted that, you had to pay an extra fee!!
