Customer Service was great; however, I felt that certain things on the buffet areas could have had a closer eye kept on them for replenishing. Several areas looked like they had not been replenished on a timely basis - looking like the items had been there for a while.

Not so great this time. The only hot item I had was the broasted potato.
It was not worth spending over 30.00 for 2 meals.

Went to Pizza Ranch on university Ave. In Waterloo. Maybe only 5 pieces of Pizza on buffet, and nothing I cared for.Chicken bin was almost empty,plus their was a man waiting for chicken and eating chips out of pan with his fingers. Not very appropriate.
