    Small hard overcooked chicken as if it was precooked then dropped back into fryer to reheat.

    Great customer service but my chicken was overdone and the biscuits were horrendous. 😢 huge waste of money-won’t be back for quite some time.

    Chicken was good other than a couple of the legs were small and 2 pieces of thighs were a little over cooked.

    Was glad to see the fish was back on the menu however both the fish and chicken tasted like the fryer oil was not fresh and tasted burned....price was wayyyyy higher than my last visit..... sorry to say my favorite place is not so favorite anymore....sorry

    The fried chicken looked overcooked or dried. Was not fresh, just didn't look good. it was noon and expected a better selection Don't really expect to return anytime soon. Heard the Pizza Ranch in Indianola,IA was much better than the one here in Winterset
