No hostess at station when we arrived. Pizzas couldn’t be sent to table because they ran out of dough. And the buffet was sparse and not being refilled. Paid a lot for very little.

The waitress was exceptional as was the line at the chicken bar. Lots of people waiting for more white meat. Our special pizza was made wrong, but the lady who brings out the pizza made it OK by her quick response and handling the situation.

We had a large pickup order. I ordered online, but due to the size, felt I should also confirm the order on the phone. The person I spoke to was polite and helpful. When we picked up the order, it was packed well. When unwrapped, the food was was hot and delicious. We will definitely order again! I recommend The Galesburg Pizza Ranch for any large gathering.

When I arrived, I asked for the senior discount. I didn't realize until after I paid that I was charged the regular price.When I asked why, I was told that the senior discount is only available from 1:30 to 3:30. I then said, if I had been made aware of that, I would have asked for my veteran discount. I was told that it was too late, but I was given a coupon that when buying two buffets, one was half off. Then I went to get my drink only to discover that there was no ice tea.I then decided to get Diet Coke only to find out that it had been replaced with Pepsi. Are you kidding me? I was there with a group of men from my church. We meet ther once a month. Then about an hour after we arrived, someone came in the room and said that we had to leave so that the room could be cleaned. after we discussed things among ourselves, we unanimously decided not to come back to Pizza Ranch. The only reason that I gave my review 2 stars, was because the chicken was so good.
