We had booked a room and got there on time. No ice in one soda machine, only a couple sodas were available. No biscuits , food was decent,coffee was barely warm,however they let us know that we had to vacate the room right on the 11/2 hours. They weren’t very polite about it either.

Disappointing. They no longer had unsweetened tea. The chicken on the buffet was low and new was not brought out until we were leaving. No dessert. Was not refilled until we were leaving. It was NOT busy.

Super great customer service for our group of 15! Thank you for all the accommodations. The gentleman at the register the morning of 11/30 was just the sweetest and most helpful! We loved the arcade room for the kiddos too! Food was scrumptious! We will be back many times as this is a great “halfway point” for our scattered family! Thank you again

No hostess at station when we arrived. Pizzas couldn’t be sent to table because they ran out of dough. And the buffet was sparse and not being refilled. Paid a lot for very little.

The waitress was exceptional as was the line at the chicken bar. Lots of people waiting for more white meat. Our special pizza was made wrong, but the lady who brings out the pizza made it OK by her quick response and handling the situation.
