Was at the Galesburg, Illinois location on Saturday the 24th. The young lady at the register greeted us with a friendly smile and later when she bussed our table (a couple times) she was very friendly asking if we needed anything. She made the experience very pleasant. The name on the reciept said Samantha H, but I could've sworn her name tag said Calli or something like that. But GREAT customer service, and the food was excellent too!

Was at your Galesburg location on the evening of January 24th. The customer service was wonderful. We were greated with a smile from the young lady at the register and when she bussed (multiple times) out table, She was very friendly and always had a smile. Legendary service. The name on the reciept said Samantha H, but I could've sworm her name tag said Calli or something like that. Great job!!! Great food. Thank you!

very little variety of pizza on the buffet. No combo, mostly cheese or pepperoni. The only "specialty" pizzas were ones people requested, because they always came out with just a few pieces remaining. The "southwest salad" on the salad bar had small pieces of wilty, slimy lettuce in it.

No one visited table to see how our food was or if we needed anything. Dessert area under supplied, as always. Chicken was good as always. Chocolate ice cream good. Need to lower costs for seniors. We're 73, barely eat enough at your price...used to love pizza ranch, too costly now. And, oh, prefer Coke products...
