I wish that the new salad wasn’t all put together with fried chicken and dressing. I prefer just some green lettuce, not iceberg and just putting on my lettuce the things I enjoy eating on it. I also used the restroom and almost threw up from the smell. I think there must be a sewer problem because the smell is bad most every time we ate there. I hope you can get this fixed soon. Thank you

ordered a large pizza to go while eating buffet but when leaving found it to be just medium and paid for large. Somewhat of issue and had to show receipt again to prove it even though lady on counter was one took order. Did not offer any rebate even though had to wait 15 minutes or little longer to get correct order. I eat there every few months but recently retired and wondering if right place to drive 25 minutes away to eat since have more time to eat out now. I understand that mistakes happen but since there fault and was they trying to get my extra money for medium pizza. Buffet was good though even though lettuce was not greatest but tolerable as part of lettuce but was turning brown and somewhat wilted. Lady behind me mentioned to me about the lettuce and never seen it that way before and was 11:55 a m so should have been fresh lady mentioned to me

took my family of 4 there last night. Cost almost $100 for a mediocre buffet. The floors had trash all over the place, bathrooms disgusting. The chicken was warm, not hot. Pizza was nothing to rave about. No napkins at the table, no salt and pepper at the table. We won't step foot in that place again.

My family of 4 (2 adults, 1 teen, 1 child) went there on Father’s Day. It had been a minute since dining in, but boy has it gone downhill. We typically do carryout which has always been good. I didn’t expect a meal at pizza ranch to cost $70. That was probably the first annoyance. We went at 4:30, I should say this, expecting the food to be plentiful because who eats at 4:30?? Chicken was empty. It took forever to get a fresh batch out. The pizza, dry and old. My daughter used the restroom and there was diarrhea on the floor. Yeah, the floor. The men’s bathroom smelled to high heaven but didn’t appear dirty. Also, did you know that in addition to the $70 they charge .85 for a to-go cup?!? We can dine at Texas Road House (yes, I realize that’s not a buffet and they don’t serve pizza and fried chicken) for the same amount AND they have FREE to-go cups!

😢what food was out was very cold. Buffet tables were empty. Waited for an hour for them to even bring anything out. A lady in our group asked for bacon cheeseburger pizza and never received it, was pointed to a pizza on the buffet that the girl said was it, nobody puts pickles on a bacon cheeseburger pizza. We won’t be going back!

We brought my Father in Law to eat there on May 1, 2023. We like this place, but the group doing the fundraiser tonight was irritating. We had just sat down to eat when one of the ladies came to our table trying to get us to buy a pizza card from their group. She talked for several minutes while we were trying to eat. Their group was loud and blocked one of the soda machines. We were not happy. The food is good though.

First person in the door this Wednesday, no food out only salad bar, they brought food out after a few customers were in there, it looked like the food from the night before just reheated. Chicken was almost black, when customers asked for new chicken they only brought out 12 pieces that were just as bad and threw the old on top of the new. Customers asked for new chicken and the burnt chicken to be taken away neither of which happened. When customers asked a THIRD time for new chicken they were told no. I said I wanted my money back cause I wasn’t going to pay for burnt food and was refused. I highly doubt we will ever come back here. $50 for 4 people just to have burnt food is insane.

Lately I haven’t been too impressed. Today we had to bus our own tables and couldn’t even get someone to wipe them down after bussing them. No apology for the delay. The front person right when we walked in said they had two people call out sick.

We had a very disappointing visit recently. We noticed there were no napkins or salt & pepper on the tables. When I inquired I was told customers were wasting too many napkins. So, they've been moved on top of the salad bar. I said to the Mgr on staff, " you do realize you're serving fried chicken, right? She said owners changed a few things & customers were wasting napkins. She told me I could speak to them. I replied, "where are they?" "Oh, they're not here. They stop in sometimes." I thanked her and replied" we won't be back." I thought customer service was about the customer & their satisfaction. What about families who bring their children. I guess charging $31.00 for 2 people is not enough to pay for paper goods. So long.

Good variety of pizzas here that you don't get at other buffets, like BLT and steak and onion, yum! Was impressed when we went for lunch and the cashier asked if there were any pizza flavor requests, which they then made and notified me when it hit the buffet! Cheesy sticks are fantastic, and the cactus bread (dessert pizza) is good too. Staff was quick to clear dirty plates. Took off a star because all of the sodas seemed low on carbonation and it's on the pricey side.

Excellent food and family friendly place to eat. Staff is friendly and very kind. Buffet is always being replaced with fresh and hot food. Love the Christian atmosphere and music.
