No fresh hot pizza on the buffet at 130 on a sat. The only one pizza on the buffet looked like it had been out for an hour and when they finally brought out pizza ten min later one was burnt and the other was supreme. The manager had an attitude worst experience ever at a Pizza Ranch.

Wonderful food as always! Nearly every worker said hello to us and was very friendly. Loved the strawberries on the salad bar but put them on my ice cream instead. Fabulous!

Food is good.The only problem is our club has a lunch meeting there every month and we reserve the back room for this meeting. The divider for the two conference rooms has been broken for quite awhile and it is difficult to have a meeting when there are two groups there. Today was ridiculous. We couldn't even have a meeting. It seems pizza ranch is not interested in fixing this slide divider. We like the food and location but I think our 15 to 20 members may have to find another meeting location. Just too noisy.

It was just ok. The chocolate chip cookies were burnt on the edges. I was disappointed because I look forward to the cookie. It is usually delicious. The selection of pizza was disappointing in that there was no basic one such as just plain sausage, etc. The fancy ones are nice but some (like my husband) don't like them. All in all the meal was just ok. For the cost, we probably won't be back anytime soon. We have been a loyal customer since this location opened but now not so much. Also, my husband's birthday gift was unusable. What happened to $5.00 coupon. I don't order anything on line so I just deleted it.
