This store cannot handle their crowd. They did not have any clean cups to give customers and they never have chicken readily available. The customers are always standing around waiting for them to drop more and it seems like they only drop about 10 pieces at a time.

it took nearly 10 minutes and me shouting into the dining area for an employee to come to the counter so I could be served. after paying, the buffet was poorly stocked with most food being Luke warm. I was there for roughly one hour and at no time was a tabled bussed or cleaned until I began very obviously taking pictures of filthy tables throughout the dining area. then, when going to leave, an employee accused me and my group of not paying. this location is a joke.

Pizza Ranch this is disgraceful and they humiliated us. I will not go back to this location. I’ve always had wonderful experiences at pizza ranch. This location should be closed or given new management. $70 for a horrible experience. I believe we were overcharged as well.

Gross!! And unkempt had bad experience resulting in my daughter having projectile vomiting. Peoria location is not likethe morton il location at all. Peoria please clean your restaurant staring with hygiene of the restaurant, please turn your food and get your general manager some customer service skills#i give no stars stars at the top are already automatic I am not agreeing with five stars

The pizza that was put out was cold and the owner was rude when asking to put out fresh items,also had the same run in with this owner at a different location in Quincy il the following week not knowing she opened a brand new location there 🤦🏽♀️ please be kind when operating a business that serves others…

If I could give 0 stars I would we went on a Sunday afternoon paid $98 for lunch and the food was awful and tables were all dirty hadn’t been washed for awhile. pizza what was there was all overcooked and had been sitting for hours it seemed. Salad bar was not stocked well. Chicken was overcooked to a freaking crisp biscuits were Burt all other food was bland and tasteless. Dessert pizza was probably the best thing on the buffet and it was under done. Will never go here again was so disappointed and wish I could get my money and time back. Do better pizza ranch
