People were great and helpful. Men's room sink was draining slow and there wasn't a planer so I could fix it so I told someone.

Some of the employees were kinda rude, ask a question and just turned and walked away. Someone mopped the floor and it was a very very wet mop and Inslipped and thank goodness didn’t fall, told some one and they out the wet floor sign however the floor was too wet, should have a dry mop to go over it.

They dropped my pizza on the floor, but didn't send anyone out to tell me until I asked where it was. They were tearing down the ice cream machine during supper rush.

Thank you for your review. We were not "tearing down our ice cream machine in the middle of supper rush" some kids in the dining room had unscrewed the face of the ice cream machine causing it to empty down the front of machine and for us to have to try to reassemble (something that isn't usually done while ice scream is already in the machine)in the middle of the rush. This is one of the many reasons we do not allow children under 10 at the buffet without an adult. Unfortunately, we were unable to catch it before it happened. Our team tries our very best. We are sorry we didn't satisfy you during your recent visit.

i''m sorry to hear that. I thought we brewed fresh new coffee for you. Our sincere apologies. We also offer every guest the opportunity to request pizzas, we regurlarly temp all of our food items to ensure they are above 140 degrees at all times. I sure wish you would have asked to speak to a manager while you were here. We feel we offer a great value. Most all you can eat buffets are over $20 per person with the cost of food these days. We are very sorry you were unhappy. We sure wish you would have let us know while you were here so we could have had the opportunity to better assist you. We wish you the best and hope to have another opportunity to serve you again.

Your ice cream has changed. It was snow-white and so smooth. Now it has a yellow cast and is grainy. Don't like it as I'm an ice cream guy!
