This store cannot handle their crowd. They did not have any clean cups to give customers and they never have chicken readily available. The customers are always standing around waiting for them to drop more and it seems like they only drop about 10 pieces at a time.

There computers wouldn't work and I did not get my double points as it was a Wednesday. It took about 10 minutes before we could even pay and get our meal. I tried to add it on the pizza ranch app but it didn't add my points. The food was good though.

Another location is closer to us but we choose Peoria's PR because the food is always fully stocked and staff is always top notch on their greeting, bussing tables, etc. We have never seen anything empty or messy. Tables are always getting tended to immediately and the buffet and soda area is always spotless. Probably our most favorite part is every time we have come, Peoria PR still plays Christian music. Our closer location stopped a long time ago and you wouldn't even know they're a Christian business. We also love the sign display behind the register that says giving God the glory.
