They did a great job at replenishing the chicken and picking up the dirty plates. He always asked if we were done with plates that were off to the side, rather than just coming and taking them. Workers are very polite.

First piece of chicken was tuff. Never happened before. 2nd piece good other food good. Noticed pop machines & tea need fixing. Water dripping, ice cream drip needs some fixing up.

Excellent customer service. But it was very disappointed in the wings. I was hoping that they would be playing and you could put your own sauce on them. So I picked the lesser of the two with the barbecue, but it was so spicy could barely eat it. Not everyone likes spicy wings. The regular chicken was good, but it was pretty tore up and dried out by the time we got to it, of course it was at the end of the day so maybe that’s why it wasn’t fresh. We love coming there. We’ve always loved the food. The customer service there is excellent. It won’t stop us from coming back. I’ll try again. I was hoping that the wings would be plain and you could use a sauce of your own choice.

When your store doesn't even know what the special is 22.00 special chicken and potatoes and gravy. The person i talked too didn't know asked me how many pieces were in it and the price changed to 30.00 something

We love going to pizza ranch but this visit was terrible. No chix for a period of time and when it did come out my husband got a piece bit into it and it wasn’t done. The variety of pizza was all about the same.

Was in the restaurant today Wednesday at 4:45 and the place was an absolute disgusting mess. Out of 50 tables there were only 3 that had been bused. And the floor was full of food, I actually cannot understand how you don’t have rodent issues. The food was of poor quality and when I looked the restaurant up on the internet before picking it, they advertised a selection of two soups in the buffet. There was no soup available. Then comes the Christian music playing throughout the restaurant. So my wife looked your company status up online and sure enough we find that they it is a very conservative company and entertain Republican candidates when on the campaign trail. Which surely means the chain donates to the party. While you have the right to be very public in your political affiliation, you will eventually alienate 50% of the paying public. Rest assured we will never be back and I’m sorry I already have paid my $40 bill. We did find one positive….the Coke was up to standards.
