Love the salad bar and fried chicken. Sorry but the stuffing is mush, and I found an hair in my mash potatoes…Ordered a thin crust taco pizza to be added to the buffet, was very good. Love your dessert pizzas and chocolate chip cookie. And your ice cream is not like other buffet ice cream. It is thick and very good.

I had such a great experience at Pizza Ranch today. The food was fresh, the restaurant was clean, and everything tasted delicious. Right when we walked in, Michael the manager greeted us with warm and friendly customer service. He set such a positive tone for our whole visit. What really made our experience stand out was Denise. She offered the kind of customer service that is hard to find. She was kind, patient, and made us feel welcomed from the moment we got to our table. She took great care of us and made the visit so enjoyable. This is also such a cute place for kids and grandkids. The game room makes it extra fun and keeps the little ones happy and entertained while you enjoy your meal. Denise truly went above and beyond, and she is the reason I will be coming back. Thank you Pizza Ranch for having such a wonderful team member and such a friendly manager who make every customer feel special.

Very disappointed. I have been in food service for over 25 years, and for it being a buffet there were not many options. 3 types of pizza, 2 desserts, over cooked chicken and the salad bar was dirty, even the dressing bottles had dried up dressing on the spouts, you could tell they had not been cleaned in awhile. Will not be going back.

Awesome chicken, but pizza was disappointing. Four pizzas on the buffet, one veggie, one chicken ranch and two pepperoni. I wouldn't have ordered any of those. How about putting out a variety? It's a buffet!
