    I'm from Iowa near Hull and LOVE Pizza Ranch! Our family was so excited that one was being built 45 minutes away in Shorewood, Illinois! Everyone there is no nice, courteous and go above and beyond to keep us coming back.

    Went for the senior lunch buffet, and thankfully there wasn't a huge crowd. Chicken was fresh cooked and well seasoned. Love the mashed taters!

    The restaurant was empty when we arrived at 3 PM. It was apparent that the pizza and chicken had been out for a while. The restaurant was clean.

    Food was cold and some food had nothing. No one came and removed our used dishes. One of your employee kept coming from kitchen with food and eating it.

    Very good experience. This site does a great job of putting out small amounts of food when not busy ensuring fresh food for guests. Young lady at cashier station was very friendly and was managing the pizzas ensuring fresh coming out.
    Only have two small issues at this site—-fix the biscuits, they always seem hard and over cooked. And plates don’t get cleared from tables quick enough. I don’t like sitting there looking at a stack of dirty plates. Besides that this is a well run site.

    Several tables in my section wobbled because the legs aren't leveled. Had to stick napkins under leg to stop the wobble. Diet coke was empty at both fountains. Was quickly taken care of when I told them at front counter. Bus person was slow at picking up dirty plates. Had to put plates on empty table. Food was good as always. Had both chicken and pizza.

    My first chicken breast I grabbed was pink inside. But grabbed another and it looked and tasted great

    From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile and a welcome I wish I would have gotten the name of the cashier she was very pleasant and also kept checking the buffet to make sure everything was filled. Wonderful experience happy to see Pizza Ranch in Shorewood

    Salad bar needed a refill of items. Most of the pizza’s looked over baked. Needed more chicken breasts. The biscuits were pretty burnt & hard. The salad that I ate was good. The 1 chicken breast that I asked for was delicious. Mashed potatoes and gravy very good. My suggestion is to restock the salad bar and chicken more often.
