Friendly staff, to-go order was ready within the 15-20 minutes time estimation, chicken is always hot & fresh, whoever was cooking last night should be reminded that "white meat only" is a breast & wing (not a breast & leg), whoever is baking the biscuits needs a refresher on when to take out the biscuits BEFORE they are almost burnt.

Had a pickup order tonight of 8-piece chicken box and an order of potato wedges and decided to order an extra breast (which cost an extra $5.09 with tax). Got home and saw that they gave us a leg instead of the breast that we paid for. Called and talked to the manager about their error. 1st she said she would give us an extra breast next time we ordered. We don't order very often because it takes 20 minutes each way to get there; so we said credit our card for the amount we paid for the breast. Then she said we could bring the leg back, and she would credit our card for the whole amount. It probably would have been worth it, but by the time we finished eating and spent more for gas, and the 40 minutes wasted time (& probably couldn't have gotten there before they closed anyway), we decided it just wasn't worth it! And we didn't even want or need an extra leg! If it wasn't for the fact that we really like their broasted chicken, we would never order from this restaurant again. Just thought the public and the owner ought to know what is happening. If you order a pickup, make sure you check it before you leave the window!

Normally I would give 4 to 5 stars, except today. The chicken, which is what I go for was over cooked and extremely greasy. We tried waiting a half hr for the staff to put out fresh. Didn't happen, so we left extremely disappointed. Not sure we will ever go back, can always go to Golden Coral and get great chicken and fish.

The food bar was not kept up while we were there and that was around 3. There was no fresh fried chicken or anything, the salad was really low. The salad dressing there was almost none

Very helpful customer service. Chicken was great. We had some fish and loved it on Ash Wednesday. Wish you had it more. One thing you might think about adding to your bar is home made noodles. The Heritage House use to have them and we loved them, of course it has closed many years ago.

It has gone down hill since the new district manager has taken over. The staff brought a pizza to our table and almost burned our 1 year old. She didn’t care either. It is dirty and needs to be cleaned.

We ask for cherry pizza as we came in and we’re told it would be five minutes. It’s been half an hour now and there’s still no dessert pizzas. The pizza is at work on the buffet or Old. There was only one piece of chicken, but they did refill it in about five minutes. The floors are dirty and about five tables that need to be cleaned off and no one’s been cleaning anything since we’ve been here.people are walking around looking for tables. When we’ve asked for something, they tell us that it’s always somebody else that needs to get it.

Horrible service. Placed a to go order online at 11:09 for pick up at 2pm. Got there a few minutes early. My order was given to me a hour later. Your restaurant was busy but there was hardly any food out and the salad bar was destroyed. No ice cream. Kids left mad because no one was there to get prizes.

Every time we have ate here it has been great. This time was terrible. First we were told we would have a 30 minute wait because they needed to clean tables because a bus had just left. They ended up finding us a clean table. We ordered a cheese pizza that never was delivered to our table. The buffet was very slim, there were no clean forks had to ask and wait for them, the chicken outside crust was burnt. When they did put out pizza the crust was not done. Was there for two hours never once seen anyone wash the tables . They just cleared the tables but never washed them. Had to get help for our grand kids to get money on the card because no one was available to wait on them to play games in the game rooms. Coffee was cold the top was broke off of it . Waited 45 minutes for dessert. Very disappointed. Spent 76.00
