This visit didn’t measure up to some in the past. I had my family Christmas party at pizzas ranch. We had it scheduled and I had purchased 10 gift cards for the family to use. The room was very cold and I had to request more than once that they turn the heat up . Two of the ten gift cards did not work . I will take my receipt and cards back to get them activated, but it was not a pleasant experience for my family when using the cards. The regular Pepsi was out when I first arrived. It was fixed quickly. The food choices were not as good as other times. I will be back, but doubtful that I will have Christmas party there again next year. But prior 3 years we’re all good.

Pizzas were dried out been out prob since open and I was there 1230 figured fresh wouldn’t be an issue . This has been the case many times now. Food on floor in buffet line worker walked right past I don’t think they believe in wiping down buffet when dirty and there was a hair on the plastic guard thankfully . Not the same since new owners won’t be back for awhile gave it two chances.

My name is Maria Serrano, just to let you know my family stoped by the Sterling location las Sunday after church and met with a couple of friends only to find out there were hardly any food on the trays to chose from. It was around 1:30 pm or so. All the trays were empty. I have never been in a food place where trays are completly empty and customers are forced to wait to get theire food. It was a waste of our time and maybe we will never stop by this establishmente ever again.

Great food, great service, but when I paid at the check-in station, the cashier person did not allow me to see the Tip screen. I asked to see that screen so that I could add a tip, but he was unable to retrieve that screen. I fear that few employees will receive tips because of his practice of not allowing the customer to see the Tip screen.
