My name is Maria Serrano, just to let you know my family stoped by the Sterling location las Sunday after church and met with a couple of friends only to find out there were hardly any food on the trays to chose from. It was around 1:30 pm or so. All the trays were empty. I have never been in a food place where trays are completly empty and customers are forced to wait to get theire food. It was a waste of our time and maybe we will never stop by this establishmente ever again.

Great food, great service, but when I paid at the check-in station, the cashier person did not allow me to see the Tip screen. I asked to see that screen so that I could add a tip, but he was unable to retrieve that screen. I fear that few employees will receive tips because of his practice of not allowing the customer to see the Tip screen.

Everything was very good. Workers were friendly and great atmosphere. I do like it when gospel music is playing though. I think it was Country music today which I like too but not as well as the gospel songs.

Mixed. I do not like that you have switched to Pepsi products. I and my family definitely prefer Coca-Cola drink products. Your cleaning gal, dinning hostess, Brooklyn, is truely sweet, awesome and hard working. You are fortunate to have her. Decent food, the chicken was greasy which was unusual. We had to ask for the salad dressing to be refilled. There were no fat-free options available. I was disappointed to see no iced tea on the beverage area. Overall a disappointing visit.

Buffet had no fresh pizza. Mashed potatoes and corn looked like they had been setting there for too long. The merchant fee we were charged for a debit card card is totally illegal. 😡
