- September 5, 2022Rating 4.0We ate at the Pizza Ranch in Arkansas City, Ks and was a little disappointed that the only chicken was dark meat and no white meat. The manager looked like she was the only one working. The employee that picked up plates from customer table walked by without picking up our dirty plates.

- July 5, 2022Rating 5.0The crew was awesome. Randall, which is fairly new, did great, as well as the other busser. Wiped the tables, chairs, napkin holders,etc. Picked up plates. Maycee was awesome, very professional. Food was excellent. The person working the buffet was doing it for the first time. He kept everything looking delicious and full. The entire crew worked hard and well together. No tension, just helping one another. Greatest experience we have had there yet.

- May 2, 2022Rating 2.0We came in on Sunday evening, the place was very busy. Great to see so many people in town. We waited just a couple minutes to pay, and the gentleman was not very friendly. I tried to strike up a conversation and he was having none of that. I eat at PR once a week and this was the first time that experience happened. The second thing was the chicken was very dark in color. Not burnt just not as flavorful as times in the past. I noticed several unclean tables and ours was never cleaned while we ate. Not a big deal, just not the service and attention to detail as I expected.
