Customer Service was great! Food, not so much. First time we were so disappointed. Chicken Ranch pizza was really stingy on Ranch. Chicken was still raw in the middle, mashed potatoes and chips didn't taste right, like a different recipe or supplier. Then the ice cream machine was broken down. Doubt we would have cared about the Ice cream if we could have eaten more food instead of trying to fill up on dessert. With tip I spent almost $180.00, felt it was a waste of money. Normally we love the food at Pizza Ranch.

MOST excellent service from Krystal on Saturday the 9/27/2025!! We occupied a room for a family reunion with several senior adults. Krystal was very caring and stopped by several times to get rid of our dirty plates. THEN she worked with us so that we could spend MORE time catching up with family members and told us to stay an extra HOUR! The food was delicious, a large variety for tradional folks AND those who enjoy pizz. Salad bar was wonderful. They play CHRISTIAN music in the parking lot! We love this place. We WILL be coming back!

Terrible! We paid for a buffet for the whole family and they didn’t have any thing and was a long wait nothing on the salad bar no lettuce no dressing and waited on pizzas for a long time

I found it very crappy that we were charged full price for the buffet when the cashier knew they closed in 10 minutes. It would have been respectful to say “by the way we close at 8:30” instead of charging full price, standing by me rushing me, and throwing away pizza as I was still eating. We probably had 2 pieces each. FOR $35!!!! At least offer to send the pizza home with me. Jerks!

E every time I come in here you do not have legs or wings. Just old dried out thighs and breast. Toda no choice of chicken and no potatoes. This place charges to much for empty food bends.
