We really enjoy pizza Ranch. Great family restaurant. Something each member of the family.

Very limited refreshing of pizza and chicken items. Asked for wings, none put out. Watched twice gentleman went to kitchen door to get wings (4 on first trip there). I like wings also…none ever put out on buffet line.

Finally, enough wings!

I ordered the 12 piece all dark meat thighs and legs. I drive across town and found out they gave us the white meat mix. They said bring it back and exchange it. This was rush hour and heavy traffic, but I got back in the car and drove back across town. I expected extra points, extre chicken or something, but all I got was an apology. This Pizza Ranch is under new ownership. The last pizza I picked up, a large Stampede, had half or less the toppings on it than in the past. They better improve fast or they will be out of business. PS: I am a long time customer.

Was really looking forward to this today because the last time I had been there was with my dad when he was alive and I wanted to celebrate him a little today. Got there about 7:15pm waited for at least one of the employees to look up from their phones to see that I was there at the register. After quite some time, a female employee came up and asked me if I was rewards member, I told her yes, but I didn’t have my card and she entered my phone number twice incorrectly (she seemed distracted) so I just said forget it. Went to the buffet. They were all out of chicken all out of fries I went and asked for fries and instead of saying that they would get them for me. They just screamed to the back and didn’t say a word to me. I got told to move by an employee at the salad bar because they had to put stuff in so instead of him waiting on me he told me that I needed to move. I wasn’t done and they came and collected my plate and glass but it was weird because there were a lot of dirty plates. When they took my glass and I told them I wasn’t done and the lady just said oh and kept walking away. Then came back without a glass to explain this was not her section. I went and got my own cup. No apology. Then as I was leaving I saw all the employees huddled up in the drive through area playing games and looking at their phones. I took a video of it because it looked very unprofessional. I think what shocked me. The most is at the beginning when you purchased the meal, they ask you to choose from three sections of a tip. Why would I tip at a completely self service buffet and once more, I didn’t get any help even when I asked for it. This place has really gone downhill. I don’t know if management changed or what has happened, but I’m never going back and I’m telling everybody I know about this experience. It’s like nobody cares. Sad.
