The best part of our evening was actually the staff. I was very impressed with how kind and professional they were. The all had smiles on their faces and really acted like they were happy to be there. The young lady helping us in the arcade was so kind and had us laughing and having fun while checking out. I was highly impressed with all the staff!

Today everything was so good…chicken was cooked to a nice golden brown…potatoes, gravy, and salad bar were excellent. Was busy but everyone working there was hustling and doing great.

We were disappointed in the quality of the food tonight. We have always been very happy with the pizza and especially the chicken. Tonight the chicken was dry and we wondered if it had been fried earlier and then was reheated. The pizza was lukewarm. Normally it’s hot. We will be back! Pizza Ranch is a favorite. First time we were disappointed.

My husband and I are fans of Pizza Ranch. Sadly last Wednesday evening we went and thought we ate. I had the salad and one wing. The chicken was way over cooked. It was so dark and not the golden crispy taste it usually is. Though we both get the senior buffet it was a disappointment this night.

Great customer service! We got there shortly before 6. No fresh chicken, dry and overcooked. Salad bar wiped out not restocked. No bowls for ice cream. No normal pizza choices which is odd for a place that caters to kids. Hadn’t been in months and choose to go her to kick off our one year wedding anniversary weekend. Not sure if we will be back.

Little disappointed in my experience this evening,I went in at 630, the salad bar was a complete disaster, no eggs except for the one stepped on and smashed on the floor, everything was low and a complete mess, no coffee, the employees completely ignored the mess and made no attempt to replace anything...not the experience that I've been accustomed to in past experiences, and it wasn't even busy

Tables were left dirty with glasses, plates were picked up and the wait staff must have had something to prove carrying twelve to fifteen plates at one time. Never did I see her sanitize a table. An elderly lady, who was waiting on a table, got a rag, moved a glass to another dirty table and cleaned off her own table.
