We’ve been there 8 to 10 times since opening. One visit we got raw breast when cut into it. The manager apologized and gave us a free buffet to use. Today my husband cut into the breast and decided it wasn’t quite done enough to eat. Your chicken is the best I’ve ever had anywhere, but concerning when not sure if it’s cooked completely. The salad is always low, and not very appetizing looking. Everything else is great...great pizza, dessert, and ice cream. Great value for the money. Very glad you are in Paducah. We lived near Branson and visited that one on several occasions. I’m not trying to be overly picky, but love Pizza Ranch and want it to stay here. Just trying to help.

First time eating at this pizza ranch. I have ate at others. I will have to admit it was very disappointing! The chicken was cold and greasy. The pizzas tasted like it had a hot sauce on it. But I will have to say the Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes were good

Everything is so SALTY. Someone in back needs to ease off the shaker. People can add salt if they want but I can't remove it. The chicken is very greasy and unappetizing. Pizza was also greasy. Pizza at Casey's and Huck's is much better, especially for the price. Salad bar was ok, dessert pizza was good.

My husband and I in Lexington Kentucky were so excited to hear a pizza ranch opened in Paducah. We were planning on making a trip, especially to go there. However, after all the bad reviews, I think we may eat at the freight house instead. It is disappointing to hear that the buffet does not have all the items featured on the website and that the working crew is so minimal.

Food bar just had a few pizza's on it. Had to wait for them to refill it. Chicken had so much grease in it and wasn't done that we couldn't eat it. Was over priced for the quality of the food.

Asked for a thick pepperoni pizza when we first went in, it took for ever for buzzer to go off and we was having to to leave as buzzer was going off. I went up anyway and was going to get me some and eat it but it was a thin instead, very disappointed in service today.

We have been going at least twice a month since opening and although the staff is always friendly, it seems like there are less and less there, so we are having to wait for help, whether it’s in the fun zone, food refills, or being seated.

Once again they had no unsweet tea. I'm not a soda drinker and had to ask for a bottle of water. One young man wanted to charge me for it but a manager gave it to me since they were out of tea. I had to wait about 15 minutes for a chicken breast because all they kept putting out were legs and thighs. This was our third time ad I not sure we will be back.

I paid for 2 buffets and the Food was old, didn’t have much of a selection. Potato wedges were soggy. I requested 2 pizzas and didn’t get one of them and the other they brought 2 to go pizzas of instead

I decided to give this place a second chance (and now final). The layout of getting in the door is poor, the layout inside is bad, the pizza on the buffet was nearly nonexistent, the whole thing was just awful. $16.49 a person. There won’t be a third try.

Friendly staff and food is always great. Only complaint is that there should be a cheaper option for buffet when only drinking water. It's too expensive for that reason.

My husband just asked me what I thought about this place compared to Pizza Inn and I said love it better. Closer, comfortable, relaxing and food is great. Senior lunch on Wednesdays is our best.
