Not so good this time. The chicken was out, the pizza's were almost gone, many people waiting for food to come out. It seemed that the staff just could not keep up with the amount of people coming in and tables were hard to fond. You have got to find a way to tell a table is available before it is even cleared. Maybe something on the table that is one color up when being used and when the guest leaves, they flip the thing to a different color to tell staff it is available?

Love the food. Great value. There was only one hostess at the register. It was senior citizen day. She escorted seniors to their tables. This made the wait so long. Need more help on senior day

We have been wanting to try this place since they opened. Decided to go on Wednesday evening for dinner. Had heard how good the fried chicken was so couldn’t wait to try it. We were very disappointed. They kept the pizzas coming but the rest was very disappointing. No lettuce on the salad bar and was not kept topped off with other things. The only chicken they had were thighs-no white meat or chicken wings. They said they were out of wings completely but were fixing more fried chicken so I waited. Well when I went up after they brought it out, you guessed it, two chicken legs and the rest were thighs. Either that’s all they had or whoever's frying it didn’t know the difference between a thigh and a breast piece. Being 6:00 pm on Wednesday at dinner time they definitely should have had a stocked salad bar and plenty of fried chicken. We won’t be going back. Pizza isn’t anything special just ok. We will be going back to the “other “ pizza buffet next time.

I went to Pizza Ranch quite a few times since the grand opening. Tonight, I was extremely disappointed to know that someone found a hair on one of the pizzas and the buffet line. Instead of removing the pizza, the employee just removed the hair and left the pizza out for anyone to get. I wouldn't have even known if another customer hadn't warmed me before I took a slice.

My new favorite place to eat when I’m in Puducah! The food was so fresh, buffet line clean and tasted fantastic. The staff was friendly, and service was spot-on. The Grandkids absolutely loved the Funzone Arcade. We certainly will be back soon and look forward to booking birthday parties for the Grandkids.
