Your $5 credits we earn should last longer than the 60 days, 6 months preferred, but even 3 months would be better. We only get down that way about ever 6 weeks for appointments and always go to the Pizza Ranch. Went to use my $5 bonus the last time was in town and you had been closed for plumbing issues, and of course by today it had expired by a couple weeks😡 The last 4 times we’ve been there over a several month period, the ice cream machine is ALWAYS BROKEN AND DOWN! Even the lil bowl with mints was completely empty. Waited a fair amount of time for chicken to be brought out. On a positive note, the salad bar is always excellent and pizzas were brought out in a timely manner( unlike the past 3 times where waited forever for fresh pizza, right at lunch time, noon-12:30. Probably will choose somewhere else for lunch next time we’re in the area. If can’t get the ice cream machine fixed in all these months, please invest in a new one!

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you've experienced, including the expired $5 credit, as far as the ice cream machine being down, I do want you to know it has been up and running for the past 2 months. You are possibly there when its still in heat mode which does run daily from 9 am to around noon. Sorry you had the wait for chicken, sometimes this is out of our control as it should be called Chicken Ranch rather than PizzaRanch, as we sell a ton of it. We're delighted to know you enjoyed the salad bar and timely pizzas. Your comments are important to us, and we hope you'll give us another chance to provide a better experience. Great Customer Service. It was our son's birthday and he received his own cookie in a box! That made his day, as well as when the very cheerful employee sang "Happy Birthday" to him! The food was good. The creamer was empty but was promptly filled upon our request. Tidy tables, restaurant.

Very disappointed. The ice cream machine was broken again. We had to wait quite awhile for dessert pizza to come out. There was about 8 of us standing around waiting. There was no cheesy bread left except the ends and no more came out until we were leaving. There were 3 pieces of chicken when we arrived and it took 10 minutes until more was out. It was like they got overwhelmed with the number of customers, but there was a room reserved so it seems like they would know to keep the food coming. I left unsatisfied.

There was supposed to be to a bonus for supporting food pantries. Cashier did not know about it. She was very friendly though.

This place has gone way down hill, we went March 17th 2025, price went up and the place was dirty, it has been pretty bad the last few times we went there lately, food was cold and just was not happy with this place, ice cream machine was filthy and still could not get any, said it was cleaning, well why isn't this done before the place is open, it use to be, it's been that way for months now, so we were quite disappointed in this place so we won't be back, it was just terrible. Also one of the pop machines was out of order and that has been broken down for months too. Not worth going anymore.

Very small variety of pizza on the bar. Lettuce was never refilled at the bar. Everything else was alright.

Horrible experience. $20 a person and buffet had zero pizza the entire time we were there. Avoid this place at all costs.
