We noticed right away that the ice cream machine was broken,and we were disappointed.But,the staff were SO FRIENDLY- at the counter, when they came to get our plates (which was often!), when they were refilling food (the restaurant was busy so that was often, too). They did their best to try to keep up with all the disappearing food! Diverse offerings of food - something for everyone in our family! We had a great experience there tonight!

Ice cream machine was broken, restaurant walls are very dirty with food smeared all over them next to the tables. Staff was very nice

Restaurant was very clean. All the food tables were very clean. I was disappointed to find that they had changed to pepsi products. The chicken is exceptional.

Did not have a great experience this past Sunday. I took my whole family as we live close by, but I work right next to pizza ranch in Hudsonville and usually go there. Unfortunately Kentwood location sucks on their food. Their chicken was dry and overcooked, even after they brought a refill…We never got our “buffet your way” orders and we didn’t even get a table number to help the employees find us. I LOVE the cactus bread; but even this cactus bread there was a huge disappointment. I left hungry…from a buffet because even tho it was busy Sunday lunch, the food was not the best. I’m so very sad at my experience and will give my business to Hudsonville from now on.

so today Jan 21 2026 took our kids to dinner not very great food old and hard not very hot salad bar not good table was not clean glasses where wet never added new food while we where there for 45 minutes Hudsonville 1000 times better then kentwood spent almost 70.00 and we could have gotten better food for cheaper at a fast food place and dont use excuse they where busy cause there was maybe 15 people in there

I feel bad for making another review, but after getting a retry on the food on January 11 after my first review I was amazed! The food was great!! But today… January 18 I took my family this time and used my gift card to pay for the whole meal. I was so excited to be soo utterly disappointed. I could not finish anything. My fave things at Pizza Ranch are the chicken and the cactus bread. The chicken was over cooked and dry again (like the first time) and the cactus bread was chewy, mostly had just cinnamon and the frosting (I LOVE when it has a lot of those crumbly bits) and it barely had any of those on it. We also did the “buffet you way” and did not receive our orders at all. We had no table numbers! I went home hungry and my family was sad the food was blah. I will not be returning, but the only time I will return is to get my refund back on my gift card (I have the receipt as proof). So please let me know when I can return for that. Thank you.

What can I say, the food is amazing. However, today my wife and I were a little sad in the fact that the ice cream machine was not working and no other desserts on the table. You cookies are delicious and there had been some. We wanted a good 20 minutes and nothing showed up at all. Ok, I’m sure we didn’t need any sweets anyway.

Had a great experience on Jan 8 for dinner at the Kentwood, MI location. The food was all fresh and hot with plenty of variety. The place was clean and staff was very friendly and took good care of us. We had so much fun and left with very full bellies!

The only reason I came here was because Hudsonvilles location was closed due to repairs and I was greatly dissatisfied. I have been craving the chicken and the cactus bread and I came around 730pm and they close at 9 pm. First off, the food was NOT FRESH or even freshened up at all while I was there! The chicken was dry and overcooked and the cactus bread was cold. I didn’t dare eat any pizza because they looked a couple hours old. So the customer service was great, but my experience was awful and I am so mad o wasted almost $20 for bad food. I wish I could get a refund!!

Great customer service and fantastic food. One of the only places I can eat due to my fish/shrimp allergy. They do not fry fish with chicken. They bake all there fish. Which means I can actually eat here. My fish allergy is severe. But staff was very kind and answered all my questions. If you have any allergies this is your place to eat. I appreciate businesses that take allergies this serious. Thank you Pizza Ranch.

Buffet was great, but it is a crime to charge a full adult price for an 11 year old. This is the only restaurant I know of that doesn’t count 12 and under as a kid.
