Had a great experience on Jan 8 for dinner at the Kentwood, MI location. The food was all fresh and hot with plenty of variety. The place was clean and staff was very friendly and took good care of us. We had so much fun and left with very full bellies!

The only reason I came here was because Hudsonvilles location was closed due to repairs and I was greatly dissatisfied. I have been craving the chicken and the cactus bread and I came around 730pm and they close at 9 pm. First off, the food was NOT FRESH or even freshened up at all while I was there! The chicken was dry and overcooked and the cactus bread was cold. I didn’t dare eat any pizza because they looked a couple hours old. So the customer service was great, but my experience was awful and I am so mad o wasted almost $20 for bad food. I wish I could get a refund!!

Great customer service and fantastic food. One of the only places I can eat due to my fish/shrimp allergy. They do not fry fish with chicken. They bake all there fish. Which means I can actually eat here. My fish allergy is severe. But staff was very kind and answered all my questions. If you have any allergies this is your place to eat. I appreciate businesses that take allergies this serious. Thank you Pizza Ranch.

Buffet was great, but it is a crime to charge a full adult price for an 11 year old. This is the only restaurant I know of that doesn’t count 12 and under as a kid.

7:30 on a Saturday night. Pizza was ok, but not many to choose from. Restaurant was dirty and not well kept. Customer complaining of service when we walked in. Would not recommend.

Check in was great - wonderful young man. Chicken was very juicy No good choices of pizza. All strange combo. Salad good but quantity was low.

Update 2025: Kellie, the general manager, is amazing! She is incredibly friendly, helpful, and customer service oriented. She was also helpful on the floor, keeping things tidy, and dishes clear. The restaurant was very clean and the food was AMAZING! We have another PR buffet that’s closer to us, but this is our new fav location and we WILL drive farther for the tasty and warm experience we had today. Thank you, Kellie and PR for a 5-star experience!

Friendly staff, pizza we requested was hot and fresh, pizzas otherwise were OK but only one plain cheese or Pepperoni while we were there (lots with swirl sauce and meat), great chicken, cookie always goes fast but tastes great
