This was my best trip to Pizza Ranch ever (they had a different dressing besides Ranch and French-type, cut up the huge veggies, and when the pizza took too long, offered us the whole thing) Until they started loudly vacuuming right next to us. Other restaurants use silent push-vacs of some sort when cleaning during hours patrons are eating. Otherwise, this location is really trying to be their best. Please get some non-packaged Italian dressing.

I am writing to share a concern regarding our recent visit to your restaurant. We came as a family to celebrate my son’s 15th birthday and spent over $110, expecting a special and enjoyable evening together. Unfortunately, our experience fell short of that. When we arrived, much of the chicken and pizza was old, so we waited a bit for fresher food. While that alone wasn’t a major issue, what troubled us most was that when my dad wondered aloud about the chicken, some of your staff apparently overheard him and made disparaging comments about him. My other son overheard these remarks, which was very upsetting and disappointing. We have always appreciated Pizza Ranch as a family-friendly place, which makes this experience especially disheartening. I wanted to bring this to your attention because no guest—especially when spending this much for a special celebration—should feel disrespected. I hope you will address this matter.
