Need bring back coke product

We went into have lunch and it was really sad to see that all the tables had dishes on them AND WAS NOT cleared. There was no forks in the containers for forks. The salad bars was a mess. The girl was busy making pizza to keep up with customers. The soup was all gone and not being refilled. the time was 12. No cups for ice cream. When we were leaving the employees were standing and talking by the cash register.

Great! Good food!!! Please lower the price for seniors. We don't waste food and we can't afford to come often.

Terrible food chicken was cold and dried out looked like it was in the pan for a long time pizza was all dried and like chewing on leather and also cold. Employees acted as if they didnt even care also salad bar was half maintained alot of trayers were empty. This was at 5:15 PM on a Sunday you would think the food would be fresh and hot!! This was our 2nd bad experiance here never going back to this establisment.

My main reason for going yesterday, was I was craving the salad. Problem was a lot of the salad toppings were missing. I asked 3 different associates 3 times if the salad bar was going to be stocked. I was reassurer it would be restocked shortly. I was there about an hour and I never was able to have a salad. I had a slice of pizza and some dessert but I left hungry.

Poor food quality. Issues keeping up with the crowd and not clean surfaces.

There was no fresh pizza, the chicken was hard, no fresh chicken in the bin until we were full, the chopped chicken at the salad bar was empty the entire time we were there.

Some areas need work. Our table was sticky, all of it. Person at front checking us in, could have been friendly or it least said hi folks. We enjoy Pizza Ranch, so this won’t stop us from eating at our North Dakota locations.

Terrible encounter. It took 45 minutes to get our pizza. We were done eating before it was done. Guests that came long after us had their pizza. The pizza bar was not furnished with fresh pizza

Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had. The pizza buffet was out of pizza and dessert pizza several times. No marinara for the cheese sticks. I didn’t do a pepperoni pizza request because it’s ALWAYS on the buffet. But we were there for over an hour and not a single normal pepperoni pizza hit the buffet! My kids were devastated we went to pizza ranch and they didn’t even get to eat their favorite kind of pizza. The lettuce was brown and slimy, had to pick through it to find something worth salvaging. I had just gotten done telling my mother in law how the Baxter location has always been really good. She now thinks I’m crazy and probably will never return to a pizza ranch. The chicken was actually juicy this time though. But overall I’m so so so disappointed in this experience.

The food and the service is fantastic. The restaurant was nice and clean as well as the women’s rest room.

Better than last time! Many dirty tables and restaurant looked dirty but food was good.
