Great place to eat! But don’t call the Rewards Member Email a “BOGO” special. I know the $8.99 BOGO was explained in the fine print but it is not a “Buy One Get One” deal. That being said it won’t stop me from coming back.

Always great customer service. All the people working are so friendly and nice. They pick up the dirty plates right away after we’re finished with them. The food is really good. We enjoy taking our 4 year old grandson there. He loves pepperoni pizza and we don’t so we can have what we like and he can have pepperoni. It’s become our favorite place to go together.

Very strong customer service starting with the cashier and extending through the ordering of specific pizzas to cleanup. We were near closing time and were even asked if we would like more coffee before they shut it down.

Your cashier and waitstaff were super nice and the place was spotless as usual but for today for some reason the pizza was somewhat cold/not as hot and crisp like it usually is on the buffet which was a little unusual.

The gal taking payment did not ask or take off the five dollars I had that was expiring in two days. I went back up to the counter, realizing this, and she did not seem to know how to do a refund and the girl that could help her was on the phone for Quite a long time. She eventually figured it out and did apply my five dollars, but it took 10 minutes otherwise the food was great and the rest of the service was also.

My favorite Pizza Ranch is in Champlin, Minnesota. The employees are so nice, especially Debbie. The food is consistently good and hot. We try to get there a little early because this Ranch gets busy!!
