Pizza Ranch & FunZone Arcade Cottage Grove

There were no bowls for the soup and what soup there was mostly broth and almost gone. Plates were never removed from table and most of the pizzas were made with same toppings and little variations. The pizza crust on some of the pizzas was over cooked and difficult to eat.

Team member argument on the floor in front of the buffet. One appeared to be a staff member confronting a supervisor ending with the supervisor saying I'm yelling at everyone not just you. Wasn't the experience it usually is. Tables weren't bused, no soup, out of forks, low on drink cups, pagers for buffet your way were broken and in the staff argument it appeared the supervisor yelling at all team members was telling this one he had to work when he wasn't punched in. Didn't appear to be a good work environment and that experience told me why they hiring. I won't be applying to work there anytime soon.

The food was good, aside from no pasta (which may not ne normal) we enjoyed. Service was disappointing as we ended up moving 10 plated from our table to another table for more space. We were 1 of 2 families dining in.

I was in there around 4 pm, tables were not bussed, no soups, ice cream machine out of order, very little chicken out, desert pizza’s and cookies came out very slowly. Seemed like restaurant was severely understaffed.

Worst customer service, requested things never told when brought out.
Chocolate chip cookies not totally baked, told that's how they are.
Waited and waited to no avail, a person in our group asked if they could just give us one to go since we had to get going...told no unless we paid. Extremely rude raised her shoulders stated she didn't care and her company would stand behind her.
Later found out she was the owners daughter. Never going back there

Fix the broken games in the arcade. I can see one or two down but 5 or 6 is a bit much

My family and I were for 45 mins and it wasn't too busy at the time. During our visit one single plate get picked up from our table. The food wasn't on their A game like they normally are.

This was our second time at your establishment and we will be back. We love that we can order a pizza that we really like and get the first slices before you put it on the buffet. Also love that you have caffeine free Diet Coke. A lady who is at the cash register is very friendly and wonderful.

The lady who is at the register is fabulous. She is so welcoming. The food was great. I love the almond dessert and the stuffing. Nice big juicy pieces of chicken

When they first open the food was always hot and lots of it out on the buffet. Today the chicken, waffle fries was cold. I asked if they had the new cheese bread with sausage on it as they advertised it. They said they would make me some. I waited and never received. I went up to look for it where the pizza was and they person in front of me took the last piece. So, I never received any. They had no chicken wings. Service is terrible. No pecans at the salad bar. I think they have gone downhill since they open. Not sure if I will go back.
