Our kids love going to Pizza Ranch, but the last several times we've gone there the buffet is almost completely empty or if there is any food the pizza looks like it's been there for over an hour and the few pieces of chicken left are dry and the pieces everyone keeps leaving time after time. We've gone to order buffet your way and had to stand there for up to 10 minutes waiting for someone to take our pizza order and twice lately they screwed up on our buffet your way and one time it got missed and was never made. When you walk in or leave, no one at the front says hi, good bye or thank you. Very poor quality of food and unfriendly staff. I would send a picture of what the buffet looked like one night but there's no where to upload a picture.

Hi Cheryl, thank you for your review! We're glad you took the time to leave us a review and ask us this this great question. We typically don't have stuffing on Tuesdays as it is Kids Day on Tuesdays, so we offer them our hot Mac & Cheese instead of stuffing. The only other night without our stuffing is Thursday nights, where we have our hot wings out on the buffet for Thursdays Wing Nite. Otherwise, our stuffing is offered Monday, Wednesday, Thursday morning, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We showed up after a long week and expected a nice dinner and what we got was the opposite. No forks after we fixed our plates for 15 minutes. No dressing, lettuce, or pizza for another 5 minutes. There was food spilled on the floor by the pizza area. I had to go to the front register for them to tell the manager in the back there was an issue. Mind you it was more time while they “washed forks”! So disappointed and won’t be back to this location. This isn’t the first time this has happened.

Most of the food was empty and ask a worker there if he could replace the food and completely ignored it and walked away, another employee there she stopped what she was doing and tried to fill the empty food, pizza was all out, was not happy with this today and for the price I was charged was definitely not worth it

The service was amazing we had Maggie at the cash register, she was so very friendly and helpful!! The pizza was absolutely AMAZING!!!! The best pizza I have ever had!! It was so fresh and tasty! The perfect amount of toppings sauce and cheese!! The staff are always so friendly and pleasant! I will definitely be back!!!
