I came in with a few friends on 2/7. While waiting in line, the group in front of us was still being taken care of. This group had a few mentally handicapped people with them, I witnessed the young cashier (pink and blonde hair, unsure of name) being very short and rude and impatient with the group. It was pretty disappointing to hear them treated like that from the cashier. While they did take a bit longer to pay, I don't think they should've been treated like that. The food was excellent, however, and the buffet was kept well stocked, even as it was busy. There seemed to only be one bus boy, a young blonde man, but he stayed on top of things and was very polite. He asked us how everything was and was very kind. Our toddler accidentally knocked a cup over and we felt very bad but the bus boy very promptly appeared and helped us clean up, keeping a smile on his face the whole time. If it wasn't for the poor attitude of the cashier, I would've left 5 stars.

The customer service is great. The fact that they were out of plates, salad, pizza and chicken at the same time was pretty bad. It's kids night on Tuesday, why wouldn't they be prepared at all for the business??

Salad bar was very good with selection of great tasting tomatoes and radishes. Ice cream machine was out of order again which was very disturbing. If next door Dairy Queen has their ice cream machines out of order as much as Pizza Ranch they wouldn't have much business.

Well think new owners not the lady food always filled today main lettuce was empty and the chicken was overdone super dark and real crispy skin not nice and l8ght brown..real dark and crispy..tasted good but not like normal...
