Cutomer service is great, staff are friendly and always working to keep the place clean and well stocked. I would reccomend this to anyone looking for a great meal. Love the mashed potatos

Dirty, service was no where to be found. No one picked up plates, food wasn’t fresh or coming out timely. Floor in the whole establishment was disgusting hasn’t been vacuumed in who knows how long. There was one man in the back making pizzas and visibly working, everyone else MIA

Quality needs to be addressed. Salad bar was skimpy. Lettuce was almost empty as well as some other toppings. Dressing area was sloppy and needed cleaning of bottles. The chicken was a bit on the tough side. Pizza area was skimpy. The crust on pizza was a bit doughy and could use an extra minute of cook time. You should display that you’re adding a surcharge to credit card orders. I don’t like added fees.

The chicken was tough and the pizza dough was not completely cooked on many of the pieces I tried. Normally, we have a great experience at Pizza Ranch, but this time was very unsatisfactory.
