Great customer service. The young man at the counter gave us a wonderful greeting on arrival and our dirty plates were quickly taken away. It got quite busy shortly after we arrived and the chicken container was nearly empty so I'm thinking they rushed to get more chicken out and the breast piece I chose was under cooked.

There was way to much heavy on the potatoes. So much that you couldn't find the potatoes. Had to eat it with a spoon

Can't remember if it was "Roundup" pizza or some other 'cowboy' name, but it was room temperature. Not hot, not warm, but tepid. I'll eat warm or hot - sometimes even cold. But room temp is very unappetizing. I also noticed that the "Praise Him, Praise Him" music is back, and loud enough that it's hard to ignore. I have no objection to the owner being a devout Christian, but if I want to hear hymns I'll go to church. The artists who write or sing these tunes seem to be in a contest to see who can write the song with the most repeated phrases ("Praise him", for example) or a 'melody' most like every other song on the same subject.

Our Elk River Pizza Ranch is always good to bring friends to, and tonight was no different. The food was so good and it was nice to visit with friends. It’s hard for them to keep up with everyone’s favorites at times when it’s busy. I’m not sure how that can be fixed.
