I love our Elk River Pizza Ranch. It doesn't matter how long it is between our visits they always treat us like we're in there everyday.

The workers are always nice. The only issues I have are; the floors and tables were dirty, I was stepping in food on the floor. Some of the food wasn't ready, either.

We were there for 45 minutes. Fresh chicken wasnt dropped til 30 minutes after we started eating. Asked 2 different times when chicken woukd be coming out. Answer was I don’t know.Took forever to get chicken to come out. Chocolate chip cookie dessert was out for at least 20 minutes. Mentioned to manager that things seemed to be an “off “. I mentioned that to manager and I really felt she didn’t care. I even told the manager this is our favorite Pizza Ranch and that things were subpar and I got the impression it didn’t seem to matter. In the past she has been very friendly and always asking hiw things were. Did not happen this time at all. Wll not be returning.

Worth the price. Food OK, convenient buffet. I wish there were more “grown up” pizzas. I get it — Kids are picky, and don’t go for multiple toppings. But please have at least one Cowboy or other combo out at all times. I didn’t hear the “Praise Him” music this time… was it not playing, or was the volume low, or was there enough noise to drown it out? I’m not complaining— I’ll go to church to hear hymns; I don’t need them while I eat.
