Customer service was excellent. Very clean. Food was hot. Customer service very friendly

Worth the price. Food OK, convenient buffet. I wish there were more “grown up” pizzas. I get it — Kids are picky, and don’t go for multiple toppings. But please have at least one Cowboy or other combo out at all times. I didn’t hear the “Praise Him” music this time… was it not playing, or was the volume low, or was there enough noise to drown it out? I’m not complaining— I’ll go to church to hear hymns; I don’t need them while I eat.

Pizza selection was very limited.

Everything was good today, staff was pleasant, restaurant was clean.

Really bummed that no one told us about a minimum purchase. I have servere foos intolerances and my mother, husband and 3 kids all under 7 wanted to come and eat here. I was told unless I bought a drink ( that I can’t drink) I can’t be in the building since it’s a all you can eat buffet and someone could share with me…. Talk about embarrassing and shameful. I’m now sitting in my car while my family eats because I don’t want to spend money on soda and food I can’t have for medical reasons. And water is free… it’s just super embarrassing and shameful.

We really enjoyed our recent visit to Pizza Ranch as the chicken was prepared correctly and there was lots of meat on the various pieces as well. Dessert area was stocked well. Probably the biggest issue was the lack of staff roaming around and picking up dirty dishes. Eventually more the dishes to a empty table to make room our family.

Please bring back zero sugar pop!

We had another wonderful time at pizza ranch in elk River. The owners are the most hospitable people and truly make your stay memorable. Even though they were very busy, we enjoyed their fabulous chicken and pizza. We have had many birthdays celebrated there and it is always a special day.

Food was excellent!Loved the new salad!

Pretty good food. Pizza was only lukewarm and had to wait for the smaller pcs of chocken, legs, wings.

Everything about this location is fantastic. The staff is so friendly and caring. Even when it’s busy they are making sure the tables are bussed quickly and clean. They also try to clean under the tables if needed. Many other locations don’t.
