most of the experience was good but the ice cream machine was out of order. this was not the first time. my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter really loves the ice cream and was really disappointed

The food that was available was good but there wasn't much of it to judge. There must have been only one person in the kitchen since we were there 40 mins with a half full restaurant and only 2-3 pizzas available and the desserts table was only 2 cookies until we were about to give up and leave, 3 cactus bread desserts came out and 0 pizzas

Our cashier didn't know how to ring up our coupon or how to redeem a gift card. Plus the ice cream machine was broken.

Good mix of pizzas on the buffet and plenty of chicken; however, a few items in the salad bar section were not filled during my entire meal.
