The food is excellent. I enjoy the variety on the buffet. The service is very good. The issue here is the price has gotten out of control. I believe every time you raise your price you push more of your customers away. I know my wife and I used to come much more often, but now only come occasionally due to the cost. There's no value in coming there anymore. Please consider lowering your prices and then you may see people coming more often and spending more at your restaurant over time. My personal opinion, I felt $15 a person was reasonable for the buffet.

Some of the pizza was very dried out and not being replaced quickly. Very limited or no desserts for quite a bit of time as well.

What happened to the napkins on the tables? Also, none of the pizzas were labeled. We had people clean tables cleaned around us and no one offered to take the plates that were stacking up on our table. We came in with 11 people for a birthday party and no place to sit. We asked if they would open the closed room and were told no. We had always been happy with this location, but NOT last night.

The layout of food was exceptional today. Usually the chicken crust is overdone and dry inside. But today it was golden brown and delicious. The potatoes are A1 and all the other sides . My favorite is the chocolate chip cookie! Make everyday like today.

Very dirty trash on the floor pizza pieces all over the buffet area. Someone used hands to get pizza pieces as no serving tool, so I asked staff to remove that pizza and was told that it was ok.
