Yesterday was my first time bringing my family here. We are a family of 6, from the very beginning we felt judged. I have a 1 year old and I thought this place was kid friendly , so I brought my children here. We were judged by the lady cleaning our table & two other customers that were there, after making a comment about my son that left my entire family uncomfortable and embarrassed, we took our kids and left. I called back today after work in hopes that pizza ranch would make it right instead told me there’s nothing he was willing to do because I did not say something yesterday after I repeatedly told him my family was very embarrassed already & bringing it to managers attention yesterday would have just been too much for me and my family hence why I called today. This was my first and absolutely my last time. I will not be recommending pizza ranch to anyone. All I wanted was it to be made right , I didn’t even get an apology.

Person at the cash register was very polite and had no problem taking a pizza order even though I paid for the buffet. My only suggestion is to serve more chicken legs and wings. My initial plate all that was on the buffet were thigh and breast pieces with no new chicken being added during my visit.

The pickle pizza was very good and now I'm craving it just thinking about it again! All employees are really nice and helpful. A big group of 30 came in right before me but the staff did great keeping up on the buffet. I came in for the Sunday night deal so I hope they continue that next month too.

Very disappointed on my visit on Saturday. The coffee was just warm, asked crew member to heat my cup up in microwave, not the first time this happened. The employee didn't know how to heat it up. Also they tried to get new pot going but didn't know how. Also when I went up to buffet the table crew took my drink and my guest drink cleared the table. our coats were on the chairs, they must have thought we left without coats. Also two other tables had the same issue.
