Great food plenty of verity of food and Awesome Chicken

What an unexpected surprise two Fridays ago when I found out that Pizza Ranch has Gluten Sensitive crusts and they surpass many of their competitors!!! Since then, my husband and I have ate at the Lakeville, MN location twice more! Tonight was absolutely wonderful as well. Every member of the staff from greeting us as we entered and took our payment to clearing our table was so incredibly considerate and nice. Thank you for such a wonderful place that I am able to add to my list of choices for a dining establishment to visit!

Great food, the chicken never disappoints, yum😋it seemed like they might have been short staffed but still did fantastic job!

Pizzas had been sitting out for awhile and not many options. I decided to get chicken and mashed potatoes and they were cold. Not impressed at all today. Waste of money

Very disappointed to see you switched to Pepsi products. I don’t know if I’ll go back as I hate Pepsi. Pizza was old there wasn’t anything fresh out. It tasted also like they added almond extract to the cactus bread. It was just very disappointing and I’m not sure that I’ll go back.

The cashier and table bussers were great and very friendly. The food was very cold, lettuce was brown, very little choices - there was one piece of chicken that had been there awhile. Spending $80 for a family of 4, I feel like there should have been more choices. A lot of food waste as we all grabbed pizza slices but only one bite was taken before realizing it was cold and had been sitting for a while. Very disappointing.

My family and I were very satisfied with the wonderful service and food at Pizza Ranch in Lakeville, MN, during my granddaughter’s 4th birthday celebration. The kids keep talking about how excited they are to go back — and we’ll definitely be returning soon!

Good food but they quit offering unsweetened iced tea. I don’t drink soda or coffee. That were their only available options. I will no longer go to this Pizza Ranch unless they bring back unsweetened iced tea.

The first time I was at Pizza Ranch I had potatoes salad that was really good when I went tonight I asked if they had any potatoe salad she said no, same thing when I went to Cottage Grove, I don't know why, Shakopee had it when I was there before.

Food was good. Except at the salad bar 1 kid my husband seen take a pickle and through it back in So did another kid take something and put it back

Great Macaroni and Cheese Pizza. Cottage Cheese very enjoyable.

Food was cold

We always have had an amazing time in this location but today we weee quite disappointed during our visit. The buffet was very expensive which we usually don’t mind but today we paid and there was very little food available and many items missing and had to ask several times to get it refilled. My pizza took very long and they made a mistake so I had to wait even longer for the right one. When you have a buffet and are paying that much money, there should be enough food to grab. I brought a family of 7 but it was very empty. I will go back because it is a wonderful place but I do hope they can keep an eye on the food to make sure they have enough for the number of people they take in the restaurant.

Great customer service from the moment we entered the restaurant to when we left. The cashier greeted us with a smile and answered our questions. The food was delicious and presented in a clean setting. As soon as a customer left their table the clean up crew was there to remove any plates,silverware,glasses. It being a Saturday night the restaurant was packed but it functioned in a well managed business manner. Thank you.Great crew.
