Everyone is so friendly, and the chicken is the best ever!! There were no fries on the menu today, but they are so good.

The "special request" pizza we asked for (buffalo chicken) never came.

Went for the senior lunch buffet because I had rewards and I was going to lose the end of the week purchase two senior meals. Somehow we got an extra regular meal added to our price which I didn’t notice till we sat down to eat. It was a real nightmare, trying to get our money back in not sure if we were even properly refunded. We were somewhat in a hurry. The whole process took well over a half an hour and somewhat embarrassing. Not sure if I lost $10 in rewards or if I was properly refunded to my gift card for the regular price paid meal That I paid for we purchased two senior meals and somehow we had an extra regular meal added to our ticket so not sure if the money was refunded to my gift card or if I lost money for the regular price meal purchased in my $10 reward

Good food, great customer service

Was super busy, when we stopped in the Little Falls Minnesota pizza ranch. The staff was extremely busy, but everyone had a smile.

The counters were nearly full every time we went up with good selections. Even at the end of our meal we had a choice of desert pizzas.

Fantastic selection of food!

Huge disappointment for the 2nd time. Chicken completely overcooked. Bought a 12 piece chicken, received the usual, however the breasts were all cut in half! Really an 8 piece! Won't be buying here again.

Arrived when some of the food choices should have been refilled. But the help were scurrying around and very courteous.
