WENT IN TO GET THE GREAT BUFFET AND WHEN PAYING I HAD 2 COUPONS FOR 2 DOLLARS OFF ..WE WENT IN ON A SATURDAY AROUND 3 BUT I DID NOT GET THE 2 COUPONS OFF THE LUNCH..THINKING IF GO BACK ..SINCE I SAID HAD THE COUPONS..NOW IN ORDER TO GO OUT ..EVERY COUPON HELPS AND THEN DON'T GET IT..

Nice and clean and the food was kept full

Ordered a special pizza and machine ran out of paper and pizza didn't get made. Waited quite a while to get it. Manager apologized. Also no blueberry desert. We were told they would put one in but that didn't happen either. Usually it is much better although sometimes we have to wait for chicken. Like the new Tex-Mex salad.

Not much pizza variety, no fresh chicken the whole time we were there, nothing was that fresh. Stopped at jummy johns on way home

It was super busy last night when we went, I think because it was "kids eat free" night. They had a lady doing balloon sculptures for the kids, unfortunately, for some reason she skipped our table and when she finally walked by I asked if she could make something for my two grandkids that were with me. Unfortunately, it was time for it to be over. My granddaughter didn't care too much but my grandson was in tears for over 10 minutes. Makes it hard to enjoy your dinner with that happening. Since it was so busy the staff really struggled to keep everything stocked and full on the buffet, but they did a very good job and really didn't have to wait too long for any item we wanted.

One of our worst ever experiences at Pizza Ranch! Started with no where to park, as lot was flooded. Buffet was low on food, what was left, was undesirable, no soup at all. After sitting there, and numerous attempts to get more food and soup, a half hour passed before the food was beginning to be refreshed. It took talking to four employees, the 4th being the manager, all having the same answer, "I'll check on that." No results forthcoming! Again, another disappointing experience at Pizza Ranch!

The staff seemed more concerned with cleaning than attending to customers. A line was forming at till while we waited for someone to take our order. The salad in the salad bar was depleted and they didn't replace the old, stale pizza at the buffet until it was gone. Considering we went out specifically for pizza, this was a major let down.

Great service Great food

Arrived at 4:45, only 4 slices of pizza, few pieces of fried chicken that were lukewarm. Not very much salad mix left. People kept coming in and were standing and waiting for pizza's to come out of kitchen. Dessert pizza's were hard. All in all eey bad experience!

The young girl bussing tables was amazing! She was right there all the time. Kept our table of 5 clean

We love pizza ranch though one of my kiddos is bummed out that you can no longer make the macaroni and cheese pizza - was her favorite!
