It was busy when we arrived. There wasn't but 1 slice of pizza, and 4 PC. of chicken left. So we grab a salad sat down ate it then went back and the staff had pizza made and fresh chicken made. The staff was on top of things. Also the tables were all either in use or people had just left. The staff got on it right away. I was rather impressed!

I had a pickup order and they forgot the coleslaw so I called them and they would not deliver so had to go all the way back to get my coleslaw. Please have your people at the Pizza ranch check every order to make sure that they have it all. I realize it is Christmas and very busy.

Running out of options for a gluten free meal for a harvest helper, I stopped at our local Pizza Ranch and was presented a GF menu; an actual menu :) which immediately lifted my spirits to know I'd be able to provide a delicious meal to this fellow! The non-GF harvesters also enjoyed a yummy meal from Pizza Ranch. Thank you Pizza Ranch for being the light that shined bright in my day!

This has been our favorite restaurant for years, rarely went anywhere else when we'd go out to eat. LOVE THE BUFFET, the easy self-serve layout, and the staff is efficient and friendly (for the most part). If we couldn't eat in, we'd take out. Unfortunately, we hardly ever enjoy that anymore due to the substantial price hikes. A combo "special" for 3 or 4 of us is now over $50, higher yet if you add on ANYTHING. We'd always pick up to save the $7-$9 delivery tip but it gets ever more difficult to rationalize a $55-$65 hit for a piece or two of pizza or chicken each....I guess that's to be considered normal now, but when does it all go over the cliff? Oh well....really do love your food, Pizza Ranch, but you galloped by and left us in the dust.

Once again we had a great time at a pizza ranch.. this time 8 of us were at morris.. they had a table ready for us when we got there... help was great and kept tables cleaned.. as usual the food was great and the chicken was fantastic as usual.. We go here weekly. And it is hit or miss on our satisfaction. It seems like when there is an older staff there that the service seems to be better and the food seems to be hotter. This last time we arrived at 5:20 and the pizza looked like it had been sitting there for a while, the pizza choices aren’t usually that great there either Especially for those with kids
