    Super new arrangement: ie access to glassware. Delicious cookie pie. Disappointing selection on salad bar. Unhappy with price rise twice in 4 months.

    I really enjoy our Pizza Ranch. The chicken was especially tasty on this trip. My only disappointment, and the reason for 4 stars and not 5, is there are no longer gloves for guests to use at the buffet. I see no one using the sanitizer provided. I brought along my own sanitizer to use after every visit to the buffet.

    No mashed potatoes no gravy until I asked and I guess there was a lady that it asked before me and she had waited 15 minutes and still they didn’t bring it out. There was no white meat was all dark meat so I had to ask for them to get that. The salad bar the lettuce was good but like the sliced eggs and the potato salad and the macaroni salad and the coleslaw were almost empty and they never did get refilled the whole time we were there.We arrived at 6:30 PM and left at 7:10 PM

    I was a little disappointed that the mask policy was not enforced on a group of seniors while we were there. They were at the salad bar coughing, not to appealing!!!

    Customer services was great. Food was great. It would just be nice to have the option to request a pizza for the buffet again even if the servers aren’t able to bring it to your table.

    Great experience. Couldn’t find method to put ingredient on 1/2 pie, but phone call remedied. Was happy to have ability to to pay cash at store.

    I went in for my birthday dinner around 3pm yesterday 2/22/20 and they had no chicken at all on the Buffett during a very slow time and it took them forever to get some chicken back on it.When they finally got chicken on it I was done waiting for it and left. Overall I only had a salad and just some mash potatoes for my birthday dinner when I ate there yesterday no meat at all. I won’t be coming back to that location anytime soon.
