Lots of chicken fresh. Not much fish. It was good. Salad bar needed a fresh up. With salad things and dressing. I like that they had ice cream cones. That was a new and great idea. Very good.

The customer service was great. The person taking the order at the register was very polite and had a kind, welcoming voice. There was also a young man and young woman clearing plates at the table. Both were very friendly and also had a very kind demeanor. Both asked if they could remove the plates BEFORE actually taking them. I felt that was very respectful as well. Each of the buffet areas were maintained with food at all times. Great experience. I’ll definitely go back.

I love Pizza Ranch but it’s disappointing to pay as much as it costs for the buffet to see almost no pizza out. Lots of empty trays. I get there is a dinner rush and it’s hard to keep up. But it’s not the first time this has happened.
