I don't usually write reviews but I will this time. We will not be returning to this location. First, there was a sign on the door stating we were only allowed to stay for 60 minutes. I feel that is terrible customer service and upon entering I should have just walked out. To tell people they are limited to a certain amount of time is tacky at best. The salad bar was the only good part. The facility itself was filthy. It still looks like they are in the process of renovating and it's looked that way for well over a year. The restrooms were dirty. No toilet paper. The worst part was the food was terrible. There were a small amount of mashed potatoes that were there when we sat down. I got a small scoop and they were dry and the consistency of glue. They never refilled them even when the place started to fill up. ALL the pizza on the buffet was cold, old and crust was hard. You could tell it had been there for way too long. All the staff was more concerned with chatting than they were with making sure the food was fresh. I understand if it's not busy to not have a ton of food sitting out but small amounts of fresh food is better. Not one person asked us if there was a certain pizza we wanted. My husband is a veteran & we asked for a veterans discount & he showed his VA card. The cashier didn't say a word and did not give us a discount. Bottom line, the sign limiting us the time we can eat and visit with our families over dinner, unfriendliness of staff, dirty & tacky facility, filthy restrooms & the gross way overpriced food...we will not be returning and I would not recommend anyone go to this location.
