food was good, can't figure out why If I downloaded a BOGO offer of 8.99 adult buffets I paid for 2 adults 14.99 each and he gave me a discount of 6 dollars off which in my mind only comes to 11.99 each?? what am I not understanding?

Christmas eve morning I ordered take out on their website for supper to be picked up at 5pm. I got a call at 20 minutes to five to tell me they closed at three. I have no problem with them closing early on Christmas eve but the website should have never offered that pickup time and it sure would have been nice to get a phone call before they were closed. To top it off today is 12/30 and money has not been credited back to my bank yet. I just tried to call and no answer at 3:30 in the afternoon. I don't care how good the food is at this point I am done!
