Christmas eve morning I ordered take out on their website for supper to be picked up at 5pm. I got a call at 20 minutes to five to tell me they closed at three. I have no problem with them closing early on Christmas eve but the website should have never offered that pickup time and it sure would have been nice to get a phone call before they were closed. To top it off today is 12/30 and money has not been credited back to my bank yet. I just tried to call and no answer at 3:30 in the afternoon. I don't care how good the food is at this point I am done!

I ordered a 12 piece chicken box to go. I assumed that meant 3 breast 3 thighs 3 wings and 3 legs. I received 0 breasts 4 thighs 3 wings and 5 legs.I had guests and it really was a poor meal. I will not be ordering from pizza ranch again.

Was fresh hot pizza but the employees standing by the food was goofing off and talking but not tentative to quest trying ask a question but lucky the cashiers were friendly and more helpful and offer xtra assistance.
