Buffet was consistently bringing out new food each time I went up. Staff was fast with taking my empty plates.

We had lunch at pizza ranch as a group. I work with wheelchair bound individuals. We had 7 individuals in total. We were greeted and attended by the manager. Every individual in our group paid. Due to it being valentines day a staff member had her husband meet us at the restaurant. As a supervisor I advised her to sit with her husband. As she was serving her 2nd plate. The manager went up to her in front of everyone at the restaurant and told her 'if you want to eat here you have to pay.' She told him 'I am with my job' he then proceeded to tell her 'I see you are sitting with That man' my staff then stated 'he is my husband' my staff then came looking for me and the manager proceeds to ask me 'is she one of yours' I replied with yes. Now the issue is I have a diverse group. I have colored, and disabled individuals. It is not the first incident that something like this happens to a colored individual and a disabled one. As a restaurant I expect EVERYONE to be treated with respect and integrity especially when it's a Manager. He never once apologized to my staff or the group as a whole. Do better!

Make sure if you're using drive up to ask if everything is ready or on hand prior to paying. If you don't, then they force you to take something that you don't want instead of providing a refund. If you don't get what you paid for shouldn't you get a refund????? I did pay with cash over the amount of this item.

Very Dry pizza and dry chicken and about 8 pieces of chicken and after a half hour still NO fresh pizza or chicken. When brought to an associates attention all we got was a “smile”. That was insulting. As we were ready to leave they said more chicken in about 10 minutes, it should have been there 1/2 hour ago. And still NO fresh pizza. The chocolate chip cookie was burnt on the bottom. Needless to say we will not go back to this location this was definitely NOT a legendary experience. And we have told friends not to go there. We paid for 2 bad meals and lost our $5.00 credit. The associate we talked to couldn’t have cared less. Not good for the reputation of Pizza Ranch.
