We do try and not "overstock" the chicken so its easy to keep track of temps and quality...so some times we will have limited chicken on the buffet...but we also keep chicken on standby when needed. Please feel free to call and speak with a manager if needed, and we hope you'll give us another chance to impress you in the future. sorry about the paper towels, we don't have a sensor that tells us when they run out so if you see that again we would welcome your instant feedback.

This visit was honestly most terrible! there was hardly food! zero pizza was being kept up with. Salad was also empty. when a cheese stick finally came out I raced to get one and it tasted like it was cooked in a pan with unrinsed dishsoap. I was able to eat a piece of chicken and some potatos but that was it. for the price I paid, it was not at all worth it by the time I gave up waiting on them to put more pizza out and just left. Also no cactus bread for the hour we waited. My family was very disappointed.

Usually I am an enthusiastic PR fan. Tonight’s experience however was quite disappointing. We arrived between 5:30 - 6:00, it was not jam-packed like usual. First disappointment was no ice in the ice machine. At all. Second disappointment was no chicken on the line. At all. The chicken situation was rectified. The ice situation was not. Service was reliably friendly, so that wasn’t an issue. I paid for a sizable group of people and really didn’t feel what we received was worth what I paid. Hoping our next visit is a better one.

Food is great. Salad bar is not as good as it used to be. Had to get the manager to get some pepper. Lastly, asking people for a tip at the cashier is off putting because we don’t think tips should come before the meal.
