The young man/teenager bussing tables was very helpful, filling patrons drinks upon request when inquiring if they needed anything or were done with dishes on their tables. Good to see someone in his generation bracket not slacking off at work by being on their phone while not on a break. Kudos to him for having the correct work ethic.

Pizza Ranch is one of the best pizza restaurants in K.C. They also have a variety of delicious foods that make you want to come back again an again. It's on 291 and 40 highway.

I love Pizza Ranch but we arrived around 2, and there was just leftover cold pizza on the buffet. Took 40 minutes to get fresh hot pizza. No more iced tea either.

We arrived about 7:30 and food containers were almost empty and out of 4 bottles of Ranch dressing one had just enough for my salad, the manager did take them to fill. Personal was very friendly and helpful

The cashier was friendly and courteous. However, the pizza looked like it had been there for a bit, looked dried out. The chicken, mashed potatoes & dressing were out. Several of the tables had dishes piled up. It appeared that they were short of help.
