Service was a little better than in the past visits. Luckily for me, someone else had ordered the pizza I like and I didn’t have to wait. There was more staff there this time which was great but a few times half the buffet set empty for awhile with pizzas up in the window. They were busy and people were waiting in line to get whatever they would set out on the buffet. For $16 that buffet should be filled up and pizzas not sitting there with two or three pieces for a long time b4 being replaced. Not to mention only half the buffet being empty with that many guests. My experience was better this time but still has room for improvement. We enjoy the food there. Mostly the joplin past experiences has made us not want to go there

First time visit, enjoyed all of the food options. Lonie told us what to expect and did a great job cleaning tables when not taking orders. We will return.

Food was good. The games were working. Only complaint was there was never any chicken breast.

Good food, but no chiken brests

Disappointed there weren’t more Pizzas to my liking. Also I like green lettuce not white. There wasn’t any dessert out but chocolate chip cookie. I understand some people don’t show up for work. The reason I like to go there is because rhe first time I was ther, there’s was pizza I liked and there was the cactus dessert and cherry pizza!

Very good meal. Great variety. Some of my pizza wasn’t very warm/hot. But i enjoyed it.

Staff was friendly and willing to get you any food item you ask for. Glad you are now serving Pepsi and Dr Pepper.

Great customer service, pizza is never warm, chicken legs tasted leftover and warmed up. Salad was good 👍

We went during peak time, about 6:15 for dinner. All of the pizza was dried out and appeared to have been there for a while. The pasta was so dry it couldn't be eaten. The fried chicken was fresh and delicious. The game room - half of the games are out of order and are every time we go. We enjoy coming here but this visit definitely disappointed.

Great service. the only issue was the drink machines were out of service for the only things I can drink. I drink lemonade and Hi C or unsweet tea and the Hi C and lemonade were out of order and the only tea was sweet tea. I had to drink water. I did drink coffee which was both hot and fresh so I appreciated that but I was a bit dismayed before that. The food was great, restaurant was clean and neat, desserts were great including icecream. We ordered a special pizza and it turned out great in a timely manner. Overall I was very happy with our visit but the drin k issues need to be addressed.

It was ok. There was one and a half pizzas on the buffet. No cheese bread and the biscuits were hard. The salad bar looked great. No cookie desserts either. Wasn't great this time for the money.

I would like to give a shout out to the young man who was working during the lunch hour today (10/2/25). Pretty sure his name is Lonie. He came out to clear tables multiple times and took care of requests of customers. He was very polite and patient. Definitely a hard worker who takes pride in his job.

Food wasn't hot when said something said. Oh, I'm sorry didn't try to fix it. And it wasn't fresh.
