Amazing service, with fast and efficient response time. He had superior people skills and treated us like family as soon as we entered the doors eventhough we arrived shortly before closing and they were understaffed for the night! We live out of town and had to make a run to Joplin. My kids have been asking to go to Pizza Ranch all summer. We paid over $60 JUST for the food. The pizza’s weren’t very good, the salad bar wasn’t filled and what shredded lettuce was in there, it was turning brown, every dressing empty. So, we went to the arcade - what the kids were really excited for! SEVEN games were out of order or not working. In addition to this, the water game had not been cleaned. The fake grass part had big brown chunks of something in it, and it was just dirty and slimy all the way around. The Angry Bird coin game was taking forever to calculate tickets. The money kiosk to add money to your playing card was not working and when my family and another family (at two different times) pushed the button for help, no one came. We had to go to the restaurant to get help. The only place I didn’t encounter a problem was the bathroom. It was actually clean and stocked. It makes me sad, our very first visit here was excellent! But the second visit was disappointing.

Drove 35 miles to eat here today! A little disappointed! We got there at 11:00. I had my heart on eating some chicken breast’s but they never put out any. We waited until 11:50! Had to settle for a couple of chicken legs! Pizza was great! No complaints on that.

I was pleased with the service but disappointed in some of the food. The chicken was not as good and it wasn't hot. I was VERY disappointed in the cactus bread. Cooked a little too long, not as much crumble and icing.

One star but shouldn't even get that. This is one of the worst places I have eaten at. I have ate at other pizza ranches & it has never been like this one. The food that was there was old & cold. The pizza was not replaced either. There were about 4 families there so it wasn't busy.

Very disappointed in our visit today. The bar didn’t have very much selection as for pizza and what was there only had very little toppings - like 1 tiny piece of pepperoni on each slice. The chicken was extremely dry. There were several spots on the salad bar side that was empty. There was 2 dessert pizza of the same kind 2 empty things for the chocolate chip pizza. The ice cream machine was out of mix for at least 30 minutes and we had to ask them to fill it and when we did she just looked at us and walked away. There were no forks only spoons. The coffee cups were dirty. We didn’t get a cup for the 2 year old with us. The game room was horrible 17 of the 30 swipe slots were not working at all and then a few of the ones that were working took the points and didn’t let us play the game. The prize wall was half empty. There was not even a lot of people in the building. This is the 3rd time we have been and spent over $100 each time and we have again left disappointed. We will not be back and will not recommend to anyone.

Plates had a gritty feel to them. Numerous items were empty and never replaced. Chicken was very dry and had been there a while. Staff was less than responsive. This was my second time visiting this location and I have eaten at Pizza Ranch in several states, this is by far the worst experience I have had.
