It has been awhile since we visited Pizza Ranch and I was a bit surprised by the changes I encountered. First, I noticed the buffet selections were less. The salad bar was smaller, they no longer serve soup, and the non-pizza offerings were limited. Our granddaughter was disappointed that they didn't have waffle fries or chicken fries anymore. All the times I've been to Pizza Ranch, I have only heard Christian music. This time there was country music blaring from the sound system and I was told it trades every 2 hours with Christian. That seemed odd. I'm wondering if ownership has changed or just management. The pizza was good, but we had to ask for " normal" ones like sausage and pepperoni. We were a little disappointed by the customer service, the way our inquiries were treated, and when the wait staff spilled hot pizza on us, we got an I'm sorry but no offer of compensation. We would have turned it down, but the offer should have been made.
