Salad bar ingredient selection was not fresh and the lettuce looked like it should have been thrown out and replaced with fresh lettuce. Pizza bar was very limited on pizza selection.

Lunched today a little past noon. All bars were freshly stocked, food was hot! Salad bar is exceptional with an excellent variety of goodies!! Staff is always friendly and efficient. My husband enjoyed an ice cream cone for desert.

The lady that took our empty plates was very nice and we all enjoyed having a conversation with her. The food was delicious. The chicken and salad bar was great! I wish they had eggs for the salad bar but it was still good.

Everything was different. And not in s good way macaroni salad was awful, now pepsi products, no salad crackers, husband said ice cream tasted different. They were out of ice tea. We had to wait for chicken. Just overall disappointed.

I am very disappointed that Pizza Ranch has switched over to Pepsi products. That would be fine if they carried Diet Dr. Pepper. Also, the pizza I requested never made it to our table. Our order # was still on our table when we left. My husband found my pizza on the buffet line table.

Everybody on staff were very nice. Like that Pizza Ranch has started having Pepsi products in their fountain. The ice cream at the end for dessert is outstanding.

Arrived at 12:25 0n 9-11-25 and found on two pieces of chicken about 10 minutes later and employee came out and said chicken would be ready in 10 minutes. Fifteen minutes later they changed it to 15 minutes more. Spike to tge manager and he said he was sorry fir the wait. The manager came back iut two our table with 2 wings and said it would be ready in about 10 minutes. We left about 45 minutes later and there was a full pan of chicken however alot of the customers had left also. The manager also stated he had just arrived himself and he was going to speak to the opening manage he also stated he was short handed. This seems to be a very common problem at this store. It would seem to me the manager should have made sure he had amenough chicken made to last until 1:00 to get the store through lunch. It appears no one walks the line during the hours before lunch. Business customers are not going ymto sit around for 40 minutes to wait for chicken . Pizza RANCH is know for chicken . I wonder what the food waste must be very high and the customer count is going to drop if they keep up this kind of service

There are never enough chicken legs & we always have to wait for them to cook more. We usually just end up leaving without. We like the legs so we don't fill up on chicken & have room for other food. We also always have to wait for the chocolate chip cookie. Today we waited about 45 minutes & never brought a new cookie out so we left without one. I am angry because I pay for the entire buffet, not just part. The food is good when we are able to get it. They were not that busy today so I am not sure why food was not replenished faster. We used to eat here every weekend & then got tired of wait9ng for food so we just don't bother coming as often.
