Great customer service. The employee named Aly went out of her way to help some disabled customers. It was very refreshing to see. The Fried Chicken is delicious. Pizza, Salad and Desert Bars are all tasty. My favorite is the chicken noodle soup.

We’ve been loyal Pizza Ranch customers since you opened, but tonights visit was not good. What chicken was out was cold and soggy and when I asked for white meat that was warm they just put out more cold dark meat. Also there were no biscuts at all. For what we paid it was a bad visit

My sister had ordered catacombs Pizza and they put it out on the bar without buzzing her. A little disappointed. They did make a second taco pizza but didn’t give her a buzzer so she had to check back and they put it on the bar again.

I had a free buffet from a contest and the girl taking our order was totally confused about it, even I showed her the winning email. Then I told her that I had $5 rewards on my account. She asked for my phone number and then told me the price (which didn’t include my rewards) I questioned her about it and she said ‘you don’t have any rewards’ Then someone else walked up and pushed a button and there was my reward. It was very loud in there because there was a bus full of kids. Then they left and another bus full came in. They took over the entire buffet and drink area so it was impossible to even get any thing. I understand that that wasn’t your fault and that they’re entitled to be there, but it would’ve been nice if they would have reserved the restaurant or at least called ahead just so there would have been enough food for everyone there besides just them.

Chicken was great. They had no pizza for at least 15 minutes and just laughing and having a time while there was no pizza or bread sticks. I expect better for $30+ meal for 2. Two stars for chicken only.

Good food and service but was disappointed to find out if you bring a large group you now have to pay with a single check. This is difficult to do with such a large group (we had 36) and now we will probably have to find another restaurant that will allow this. This was our second month with that many people and we enjoy going to pizza ranch but now will have to go elsewhere.
