Came at 320pm on Tuesday and initially was greeted with pizza on the buffet that had been there for awhile but soon fresh pizzas and our ordered one showed up making a mid afternoon meal enjoyable. Only downside to the ordered pizza is that instead of bringing it to your table they now give you a buzzer to monitor so that you can go get your pizza at the buffet bar which is a downgrade in service.

Manager accusing families of stealing and kicking them out of the restaurant when they got upset. Disappointing customer service and the group had little with them and the manager was yelling and cussing while walking through the restaurant.

We were eating with a group from a football game and the manager accused us of stealing an iPhone thenThreatened to call the cops. She was the manager. Absolutely unacceptable and she needs to be fired. Never eat here again.

It was wing night and the whole 45 minutes I was there the buffet was empty. I asked 3 times if they were going to bring any out. They told me each time that they were coming. Left without eating any. The buffalo wings was the only reason we came.

my experience with pizza ranch was fabulous. food was nice and fresh. the ice cream machine was broken but assistant manager remainded calm to accomodate customers with ice cream. the waitress was very accomodating and assisted wherever she could.

Was there with 29 people. Called 1 month ahead of time letting them know. We had Coupons 2 for $20 Had enough for everyone. Talked to Brian. Arrive, was at the register explained it to the man, he said he had to ring it up one card at a time. I stated, I cannot do that with my debt card it will lock me out after 4 transactions. Another staff Jennifer explained how to do it, this man just walked away from the register irritated. She said, I will help you. Everything was going great we left a large TIP because we were a large group. Our staff asked if we could take a few of the desert items in the room we were in because of the amount of clients we had that are special needs with walkers etc it would make it easier. She stated NO because they are on the black tray and nothing on a black tray can go in there. My staff stated Really, we have done it before! She said (PizzaRanch staff) well your not doing it now and get rid of your attitude. My staff said Fo I work for you. She said No REPORT ME My supervisor will be here at 1 my name is Jennifer His Name is Brian. I am over it. 😡 never coming back.

Chicken was cold, no hamburger or sausage pizza, it was all with either green peppers or olives or just one pepperoni pizza. All else was good. Did go when they wasn’t very busy.
