We paid for a tween/teen party. Walking through the door having never been to a Pizza Ranch it was chaotic. They rushed our party to a room and gave us no direction then made the only adult in the room leave the kids in the room to handle payment. Upon return to the room the manager was In the room scolding the kids for getting food. Then proceeded to take the plates of food from the kids and storm out the door scoffing under her breath. I was absolutely appalled. I approached the manager out side of the room to address the unprofessionalism. The manager then placed the blame on our behavior. I informed the manager that there was no instructions laid out again the manager placed the blame on us saying the instructions were informed verbally over the phone during the booking. When food was never discussed. The three pizzas and drinks came and we had to go get our own plates and cups. To spend that much money and be treated with such disrespect our family will not be returning to this location as long as the manager Mary is employed there. The reason for the two stars is the kids had fun in the fun zone.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit on November 19th, my wife's birthday. As expected, the food was very good. The fried chicken is exceptional! The chicken Alfredo pizza is among my favorites. Thanks for another great dining experience.

We love the place we are in there every weekend. But I was just kicked off the property because the mother of my child doesn’t want me there Mary page and her brother Jeff page is her boss and he told me I was. It allowed in there because she doesn’t want me in there I have made multiple complaints on her and he does nothing and decided to kick me and my 5 year old out because I was filling a complaint
