The dining and Buffet areas were fine. Good hygiene precautions in place and staff were wearing masks. Most of the customers were as well.
However, in the fun zone the girl that helped us, Bailey, came back without her mask on her mouth and nose. I tapped my mask as a reminder and she put hers on for about 10 seconds and then it was around her neck again. She did not wear it the whole time she was helping us. We had two cards that we asked to be combined so the tickets were on one card. She then threw the wrong card in the garbage, fished it back out, used it, and then handed it back to me. She also had a hard time scanning an item my child requested and instead of trying to remedy the situation she expected him to get something else. I asked if she could scan a similar item that was the same amount of tickets and she said that she she could. Several of the games out of order as well.
