Pizza Ranch Jamestown

I used to work in the restaurant industry so I know people have off days. But, tonight we went for my son's 14th Birthday. We arrived about 4:15pm. There were two girls that were chatting by the salad bar, saw us and walked into the sitting area and continued their conversation as we were waiting at the til. After another young lady from the back came out she helped us. The same young lady that helped us at the til was getting the salad bar stocked as the other two were still chatting away. There was maybe a total of 1 and a half pizzas total sitting out. They honestly looked like they needed to be tossed. I told the kids just hold on we aren't the only ones in here. There was roughly 3 other tables at this time. Everyone dished up with bread sticks and what a little pizza. Grabbed chicken and chicken fingers. Chicken fingers were almost like rubber, pizza was hard, chicken didn't taste good. We sat there for about another 20 minutes thinking pizza would be coming out. Nope, there were 3 or 4 employees standing in the back chatting it up! Most of the time there was no one to be found. I apologized to my son that his birthday dinner should have been better. We haven't been here in over a year because this is what it was like the last time. We thought we would give it another chance and we wished we wouldn't have. I don't mind paying the amount it cost when there is actual food to eat. Do better!

Everything was good except the soup... Evertime I come here you have broccoli?

We got there right at 4pm so lots of dried up pizza and chicken which had been under the warmers for quite awhile. By the time we left at 4:30 they were tossing the old pizzas and putting new ones out.

All was 👍. I was concerned about the oranges and other food on the floor that employees walked around. Was worried someone was going to slip and fall.

Absolutely horrible. Arrived at 650, no pizza on the buffet line. Only a few pieces of chicken. Salad bar, no salad nor cottage cheese. Dressings had very little in the container. Asked about pizza and said some would be coming. Left at 800pm. Still no chicken and only one pizza came out during that time. When they opened the door to the kitchen, female employees laying on the counter half way by the door. 3 others just talking and leaning on the other counter. On arrival, no tables to be had because they were dirty with plates. Can’t say that I will ever be back. Spent $18 and left hungry because of no food or looked older than sin. Dessert, had to beg for “cookies” for my child.

We ate too much-was so good.

We had great food. Great service. The inside door to the outside was propped open and made it cold every time someone left.

Good customer service but all the pizzas was overcooked (visibly over done) and it took a long time to get new pizzas up there. The noodles were also old and dried up

Great customer service. Waiter made a point to tell us if we wanted a special pizza, to let him know and it would be made for us. There was plenty of food available and a good variety to choose from.

As a Senior, Jamestown price Vs. Fargo price on Sunday late afternoon was Surprisingly more!!!!

Food was cold and had to ask several times for dessert do be refilled. Nick was very rude!

Dirty,Dirty, no soup, dirty dishes all over, no oil and vinegar, no forks at salad bar, horrible green beans, staff not helpful

Pizza order was quite delayed, so manager refunded our money without us asking. Appreciated how he valued our time, thank you! Pizza came with thin crust, not the original we ordered, but the pizza was delicious!

Great customer service, but the kitchen didn’t put out food, a lot was gone and nothing ever came out and we where ther for 50 minutes

Service was great and the food was great.

Here working. Visited 3 times. Had to wait 5-8 minutes each time to get waited on upon arrival. Had to knock on kitchen door to get serviced. Then they ask for a tip when paying. Food is good but the salad bar hasn’t been full of choices each time. Good food. Terrible mgmnt!
