Pizza Ranch Jamestown

We had to wait a while for someone to come to the counter just to get in. Then the pizza was not fresh and there was a considerable time that only two slices were available! This was at noon!

Great food and service

Friendly cashier, handle on ice machine was broken off so she fixed it, ordered Tuscan Roma pizza and it was good. Missed the cottage cheese on the salad bar. Took a very long time for dessert pizzas but they were good when they arrived. First time at this pizza ranch location.

The people didn't keep the food bar full of food. Slow to get food on the line.

Great customer service

They were out of chicken at a very busy time and we had to wait awhile also they were cleaning the floor with a floor sweeper right next to me while I was eating I think they should wait to do this until there are no customers in that area. Pizza selection was very limited with at least an hour left on buffet time some pizza not very hot. They did not ask what kind of pizza I wanted which is what usually happens when I go to your other stores and they bring me some. I had to ask later for the kind i wanted as it was not on buffet and then I had to go back and check to find it. It would also be appreciated if they would have soup in the winter. I go to a lot of pizza ranches and I think this one could do better as they charge the same as the others. My favorites are the ones in Dilworth mn and grand forks nd. They do a great job. The only thing that would be better is if you had a company wide mask mandate or if they blocked off every other table at this pandemic time. I live in Minnesota and we have been doing this for a long time.

Great place to eat!

We went for the Take 2. Waited for more chicken to get done but we were disappointed when just dark meat was brought out. So that's what we ended up with. We love your chicken but prefer white meat.

On my first trip some of the pizza was over baked and there was no vegetable. Second trip there was zero chicken and none showed up before we had to leave. Would like to have seen the stuffing available. Desert was great!

No one was up front-had to go looking for someone to help me. Should have a bell or some way to alert staff that a customer is waiting.

The food is great. The staff is great. One minor thing that could be improved. When ordering a boxed dinner that includes cold items like coleslaw specifically, don’t put it in the box and then inside the thing that keeps your food warm until you pick it up. Warm coleslaw is kinda gross. Not a complaint, just a suggestion.

Curbside pickup worked great and food was delicious, especially the breadsticks!

Great customer service. The 2 piece chicken dinner takeout was delicious and hot. I would recommend ordering it.

Place looked dirty,food not hot,food not stocked,NO MASKS?!?!

The customer service was great, and the pizza was delicious. The chicken on the other hand was not so great. The two breast pieces looked old, shriveled, burned and had almost no meat on them

Arrived at 5 PM on Sunday - all of the pizza on the buffet looked like it had been there awhile and was luke warm. The chicken had only the dregs of choices left and looked like left overs. The best part of the meal was the Diet Coke - very disappointing.
