Friendly helpful staff. Entertaining. Food was great and plentiful. Only issue is carpets could be cleaner and the mens bathroom fixtures were quite dirty on tops.

I love pizza ranch however today was not the best experience. Salad bar was not filled and very dirty. No chicken breast or wings. I know there's a staffing shortage but is seems leadership is a missing ingredient. Very impressed with the Bismarck location!

We paid and walked through the whole restaurant looking for a clean table to sit at. ALL of them had dirty dishes on them or people sitting at them. Over half of the tables had dirty dishes on them and no people sitting at them. I offered to take the bucket and help clear the tables but the one blonde lady in charge politely declined my offer. Finally there came a girl that was clearing tables … we asked her to clear a table for us to sit at. She took away the dirty dishes and walked away without wiping off the table and she never came back to clear any more dishes in the whole restaurant in the hour we sat eating.

Inexperienced and not enough timely staff when paying and requesting pizza for table. Changed policy on honoring Scrip purchased from Bishop Ryan with no notice and no resolution for partially used Scrip. Keyed in wrong pizza request and after finishing soup salad and chicken long wait for pizza, the incorrect pizza came out. Done eating and ready to leave before correct pizza came out.
Also inquired on reward points balance and did not get a response just what new points earned that night

Moe that checked us in was wonderful with the customers, even when he had to have a group moved because of a reservation error. But the rest of the staff did not do a good job of keeping the buffet stocked at all.
