    The few staff that we saw were friendly. But the place was a mess! Food everywhere on the floor by the tables. It was so gross in one area we couldn't even sit down. & those table had been cleaned.. the floor untouched!

    We love the pizza ranch! The only gripe we have is how dirty the floors and chairs are. The chairs are sticky and the floors are caked with food. But the food and service are amazing!

    Mashed potatoes did not get mixed up very good. They had lots of non mixed powder in them. Chicken was undercooked.

    My purpose in going to Pizza Ranch yesterday was to pick up a take 2 to go. I was unpleasantly surprised to find out that you no longer offer it. That really saddened me. On the other hand the young man who helped me was very polite and did his job wonderfully. What I ended up with was not worth the $12.99 for what I received(a lower price would be more acceptable) but the food I did get(no matter how small the portion) tasted great. If your portions are going to be small for $12.99 either add more to it to justify the price or lower the price, possibly bring back the take 2 to go?

    Salad bar was messy, so not very appetizing to look at. No vegetable (green beans, corn, etc), baked beans don’t go w/mashed potatoes and gravy. Had to fiddle with the ice cream machine to get ice cream out. Chicken was good though.
