Nice experience.

service was great but was out of desserts most of time and my chicken was very dry. There were many people eating that night. Has been great other times we were there so hope this was just a fluke.

Salad bar was bad, the dressing bottles were mostly empty, no soup bowls by soup, said they were on a table a ways away, they were busy but they need to watch closer

No breadsticks for a long time. Pizza choices not labeled. Pizza I tried were not fresh or good tasting. Dessert pizzas very dried out! Under heat lights too long!

great food and great service, don't change a thing. Very few good eating places to go any more so keep up the good work. Love the buffet idea. Don't increase the price for seniors

Always great food. Most staff members were friendly. Cost to bring family to dinner is borderline too high. Company used to give a free buffet for each kid for their birthday, now it doesn't, upsetting. Love the environment and the music.

My daughter really wanted to go to Pizza Ranch Saturday evening. It was 6:45, and I said no, we probably shouldn’t, they close at 8, the selection may not be the greatest, it just might not be the best time to go. Well, we went anyway. $60 later… For just the four of us, my husband, myself, and our two daughters. The food was very OK, there was not a huge selection on the pizza buffet, it was basically the same pizza repeated, a pepperoni, a cheese, another pepperoni, another one with sausage…just not a huge selection. I had heard that they had a Sicilian pizza —I had seen in an email that it would be on the buffet, it was not. Sad to see that wasn’t there the night we went. They were out of one of the soups and rather than refill it they just covered it. I just feel there’s not a huge selection, for $15 a person—not a great value for your money. Plus I tried to use the Boyscout discount card, and I was told that it was no longer accepted at this location. That they had lost too much money on it. Really. It was $1 off an adult buffet, limit 2. Really. That kind of set the tone for our experience.

I’ve eaten at many Pizza Ranch stores and the Norfolk nebraska location is by far the best!

You make me pay for dipping sauces online when ordering wings, but then don't include them with the order. At least if I didn't have to pay for them I wouldn't be as upset.

Great food; wide variety; wonderful atmosphere and made our party of 4 feel right at home.
