I've always loved PR, but this trip did not seem to meet my usual expectations! There was not a lot of variety of pizzas put out & we seemed to wait longer for items to be replenished. The area we sat in had the tables way too close together & people had to sit on one side of the table just so there was enough room for the next table to get in & out! Probably my biggest disappointment was the Coke machines being replaced by Pepsi! Looking forward to having a glass of Coke goes along with having a great experience at PR every time! Definitely missed it!! :(

Food was wonderful. Only thing it was very cold in the restaurant itself.

Visit was GREAT as always. Clean, plenty to eat.

Salad bar was terrible, it looked like all they did was put out the prior days left overs. Brown lettuce and shriveled veggies. Chicken was good!

REverything was good except the surprise of having Pepsi products instead of Coke. I like Cherry Coke and there was None!

Really enjoyed the ability to order the pizza of my choice and the new fountain Pepsi products.

The person at the front not friendly no personality, acted like was didn’t want to be there, food was good, and was nice and clean, just if they’re gonna work at the front they need to have customer service skills for what we pay that I think some of them need to have better customer service

Great pizza, great service, excellent salad and hot bar.

The food was great. the chicken was light golden brown. Everything was clean and staff was friendly.

Everything was good. One fault … there was no coffee!

We ordered a roundup pizza and the crust was so doughy we couldn't eat it not even the cheese was melted
